Make a round through all the chests they spawn in. I think there's like 12 chests. Then steal from the gorecyclopses in the forgotten hall till you're bored and kill them. Other than that it's random enemy spawns and random loot.
Note that that is specifically for the item bitternlack gear lv3. If you're question was meant to ask for gear in general that was level three, including armor and weapons, you should know that armor drops from Drake's and wyrms, (but not wyverns) death and daimon. And weapons only drops from Drake's, death and daimon. There's like 5 chests that can drop tier 3 armor and 2 that can drop tier 3 weapons

ACTUALLY Grigori is weak against the Dark element, Drakes might be weak to ice.

If you cant kill a boss on your first time on the ever fall just ignore it. Some of them are kinda insane for a first playthough (like the white hydra).
Just farm the 20 stones on the smallish monsters and chests.

There are 11(13?) different rooms along the ever fall, just jump on a different one.
If you sleep for three days it also resets all the rooms and you can farm them again.

Got to the capital and havent picked it up since.
