Pretty much. It also runs like ass during the game itself. The only saving grace of it is studio mode to make your own photosets and animation loops but it doesn't suit everybody.

It's impressive how hollow Illusion's games have gotten. Improving the character creation each time but making the dumbest decision with the "gameplay" portions. Making the player run around the school and do squats and read books at specific spots in the school is very interesting gameplay between the limit h-scene selection.
