Overwatch has this stupid mechanism thats supposed to reward """"good players"""" by having everyone pat each other over the back before a game. You can see how people pat each other over the back by what color their "back pat" medal is mostly, and how many they have received by the number on their back pat medal.
You get a tiny amount of XP for giving out back pats and you get free lootboxes every few months if you keep playing and have a high back pat medal.
You lose back pats for leaving a match before its finished or for being mean in the chat.
In other words, it's fucking aids.
