Bloodborne 2

I wouldn't like to see it at all.

Lovecraft Planet and a lot more use of the insight system.

An even shittier pvp system

>Blooqporne

My peenus weenus of course :)

more builds, no shields, proper beast build, starting bloodtinge and arcane weapons option

Even more PC tranny tears

The Doll sucks you off and repeatedly yells I'M SORRY FOR THE CHALICE DUNGEONS, I KNOW THEY ARE SHIT AND THEY WILL NEVER BE IN THIS GAME EVER I PROMISE PLEASE FORGIVE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I'd like to see Armored Core 6

Have it be more contemperary and use Jeff Vandermeer's works as inspiration. The first Bloodborne was all about using lovecraft and victorian horror as a theme, so it makes sense that the sequel would expand on that and use the existential body horror of today for its setting.

dont need one
fromsoft is worst when making sequels
only good sequel theyve made recently in the souls era is dark souls 3

Consistent 4K 60fps and blood vials automatically return to the max count at lanterns.

>use Jeff Vandermeer's works as inspiration

McFucking kill yourself, then when you end up in the hunter's nightmare, kill yourself again faggot, I can't believe you posted this and it made me borderline mad in like 2 seconds. good god no.

this movie had such cool ideas and designs
know anything else like it?

Boss battle set in a nightmare where you battle a great one on the rooftop of a sunken dilapidated church in an ocean of blood, with some kind of unholy hellscape sky above you, while babies cry in the background, and the boss destroys the roof beneath your feet as the battle goes on forcing you to get closer and closer to it as you run out of space to maneuver in.

Also friendly chappel bro.

NO
SEQUELS

Based.

kino
since we turned into a great one itd be cool to see the dream/nightmare and insight fuckery turned to 11
4d and impossible geometry arenas against body horror monstrosities

Different title, maybe something else with Blood or Borne in it, please. And mainly, I would like to see more of the madness/frenzy/insight of your character visualized, like creepy hallucinations and more enemies that change depending on your sanity. I would not mind a more rural or ancient setting, though I wonder if the Victorian aesthetic is inseparable from what Bloodborne is? I know some people say they don't want a sequel, but I'm very intrigued to see what it would actually look like. And there's always more story to tell, since the first game is such an engima anyway.

I don't want a bloodborne 2. Game is perfect how it is a sequel would ruin it.

>resonant spots showing up as visible sound waves disrupting an area (so summoning is much easier like in Dark Souls)
>you can choose to match a resonance with a tuning item
>Dried Finger like item
>Sinister bells prioritize other sinister bells or people who pop a finger instead of shitters who summon gank squads
>Fists of Gratia get worked into something useful like a rocket punch that instantly guard breaks an enemy with a charged hit, but takes somewhere between a normal weapon's full charge time and a medium speed weapon's R1 to pop off
>Pick-axe turning into a crossbow
>Halberd turning into long range, low damage repeater pistol and medium sized mace
>Catch-pole staff turning into two shotels
>Lucerne turning into buckler and spear

Bloodborne is fucking shit

Next year's our year

Don't think it needs one, but if we got one I'd like to see more equipment, armors and especially weapons. The selection felt very weak compared to the From titles both before and after it.

Well, we're getting one eventually, it's not a matter of need. I agree that Dark Souls 3 was good, which is why I think another Bloodborne would be good too, as long as Miyazaki is director. There's no reason to think it wouldn't be good, or that From hadn't intended for BB to be a possible franchise. And we don't know what a sequel would look like, it could be a very different experience.

No were not getting a bloodborne 2

>porne

Nothing. Move on. The story wrapped up, it was a nice story. Yharnam has no more secrets to tell and there's no reason to explore the other cities hinted at.

Move on. Make a new story. Sekiro was a bit vapid but you know, it was something. I would prefer 20 more Sekiro-like little experiments compared to a Bloodborne 2.

More involved weapon movesets where things can branch outward even further.

Story takes us to some place and time tangentially related to what we know about in BB, but it isn't necessarily a direct sequel/prequel.

Hunters tools that can make you more mobile. Give you like a dashing leap or a short grapple or something.

Hunters tools can change with/are channeled through your weapon so arcane builds feel different based on what weapon you use.

Better chalice dungeons, two DLCs, a better character customization, more armor and another stealth yandere character.

Consider this
>new location entirely in the same universe
>takes place while a port city while it's becoming fucked, people brought artifacts from the old ancient ruins of Yharnam that resonate with some shit brought to port and brown-note the area, create rust clouds that melt skin and make the waters boil
>infections spreading rapidly mutating people in weird flesh abominations
>strange dangerous-to-look-at creatures that are only corporeal when sound resonates through the area, giving them a rippling effect in and out of reality as sound waves pass through where they're at
>greater focus on non-euclidean geometry and timewarp fuckery
>good hunter appears to the protagonist as a sort of silent guide in ways, turns out to be an illusion of a matured version of the eldritch form
>both practical and trick weaponry
>go through the city as it's slowly being consumed by versions of Yharnam and different versions of itself from the past and future
>stances on top of trick forms which change up each weapon's gimmick significantly
>more WW1 aesthetic to a lot of stuff
>enemies are far more tricky in their reality, much less "guy who runs at you screaming" and more variance in how enemies use their environments to their advantage
>inclusion of stealth and movement mechanics from Sekiro, but toned down significantly to provide a better focus on combat
>giant thicc abomination with big tits and ass

The story wasn't wrapped up at all, it's still shrouded in mystery, as is the nature of the game's universe. There's no reason they can't make a new story in a new setting, but still use Bloodborne's lore concepts and combat system. I don't see what's to be preemptively cynical about, compared to any other game series out there making sequels. Because they are going to make a sequel eventually.

god this sounds fucking amazing

What is your source for believing there will be a sequel?

Practically confirmed.
>duruuuuuuuugh just because they called it an UNFINISHED TALE doesn't MEAN ANYTHING
Don't dare to reply to me.

Attached: Deracine Doll.jpg (640x360, 26K)

>blood vials
nah then it's just estus. and don't reply with "Exactly." like i agreed with you, ye the vial implementation needs improvement but making it Estus/gourds makes the flow go a certain way. Demon's is great because you have to get through a huge area AND a boss without estus or check points, relying on what you brought (based on item weight instead of a vial carrying cap) and what you can pick up, but Demon's has too many grass types. BB's two sources of healing (vials, which are dropped by enemies as a reward for risking your health by fighting enemies, and rally, which rewards aggressive, risky play) lend to a simple, fast paced high-risk high-reward style of play

What are you talking about buddy? This isn't confirmation of a Bloodborne 2.

I absolutely don't want to see it on PC.

I still remember the delusional coping from Blunderbornefags when they thought Sekiro would be BB2 and all the autistic theories.
NEVER EVER

They did this with Elden Ring as well. Don't forget.

>it's still shrouded in mystery
Like what? It's all answered.
What do the Great Ones want? Kids.
Where do they live? Dream worlds that double as extra dimensions. And aren't literal dreams, but the lovecraftian kind that's just teleporting.
Who were the Pthumerians? Precursor society that got fucked from fucking around with Great Ones.
What the fuck IS Paleblood? Not even Miyazaki really knows, it's just some mix of metaphor and practicality for being starved or wanting.
Is Yharnam completely fucked after any of the endings? Who cares, they were all assholes. I'm sure there were some survivors.

But fine, if they need to do a sequel, and you're right in that they probably do, just do what says.
Be the jump from Demon's to Dark. Or Dark to Dark 2 without all the fuckups and downgrades. I'd be fine with that.

a title that doesnt look like "blooqporne"

It's not such an enigma anymore. Most of the mystery came from pieces of the story that were removed at some point in development, making the story less straightforward/explicit, but you can still mostly chart it out as is. The Old Hunter stuff fits a little strangely into the base game story, though.

The question is whether it should be a sequel or a prequel, and whether it should ever mention events already mentioned in the first game. The victorian aesthetic is pretty cool, the only way I figure you could beat that is by going back to 1600s/1700s European aesthetic. Of course going forward to early 1900s aesthetic might also be cool.

None, obviously, I just think there will be. A lot of people would be excited for it, Miyazaki and From put those references in Deracine to show how much they love Bloodborne, and I'm sure Sony would be glad to have another exclusive. There's so much to explore with cosmic horror, a sequel could look like anything, as long as it involved hunting, trick weapons and madness.

Well you'd want the slug-god player from 1 mentioned. In some offhand manner. Even if it was just a mural hidden away on an innocuous item in a hidden corner of the world, like the Moon Presence reliefs.

Just a couple results from a simple Google search. I used multiple sources so it would be hard to pick apart just one and say it's false info. Miyazaki himself said there is no Bloodborne 2 and even apologized for even making it a potential interpretation of the easter egg.

That's fine in theory but in the end I end up backtracking to the first part to restore my blood vials anyway, so it doesn't really work.
I mean, if you can attempt a boss with 3 vials or with 20, you would want to go with 20 right?

Doesn't going back to the hunter's dream already restore your blood vials to 20?

right, it's clearly got problems, i would just prefer that they try to retool it to make it work correctly more often, removing the need to farm, rather than just revert it to Estus and make it feel more like Dark Souls. though i'm no game designer and i'll probably enjoy whatever they do

The sun.

it never coming out on pc

More interesting interactions with insight

I would pay money to not have a Bloodborne 2

A PC version

Attached: 1539404166522.jpg (378x467, 111K)

For it to be completely finished and have zero content cut due to time.

60 fps

Prequel that takes place in ancient Aztec/Mesopotamian city

Fuck bloodborne 2
Where my Bloodborne Kart niggas

Everything should auto refill. I fucking hate
>ring to get summoned
>use bullets because im 99arc+tools
>return home or die
>have to go through two loading screens to be ready to get summoned again
Annoying as FUCK.

>Bloodborne 2

Hey let's make a sequel because it worked so well last time.

Attached: 1546505107346.png (752x1000, 106K)

At least 30 fps stable. No dips.

Paleblood is the Moon Presence or is at the very least directly related to it. you seek it to transcend the hunt, referring to all the endings but most particularly the one where you kill it to ascend. paleblood sky the nameless moon presence beckoned by Laurence and his associates. paleblood.

Or just the ability to touch a lantern and get the damn vials back.
Making you sit through two loading screens for that was a massive oversight, especially pre-patch when the loading screens took forever. No idea how that got through playtesting.

more than 20fps

PS5 exclusivity so I can laugh at mustard racers again. Goldface posting was amazing.

>S-Snoy!
I'm an idort. If you're not an idort, you're a stupid child whose opinion is worthless.

Sony movie game about a mother/adopted-daughter relationship and the hardships of lesbian parenthood.

I own both. Why do you enjoy that it's locked to 30fps (at best)?

Only if you had Blood Vials in storage.

>if the Victorian aesthetic is inseparable from what Bloodborne is?
It's Gothic architecture, not Victorian.

Oh, that makes sense. I never realized that.

I would like to see more big bad eldritch bosses. Ebrietas is such a cutey. And a new Holy Moonlight Sword. And a new Whirligig Saw. An expanded arcane system. And more world changes through insight gain. Also more varied chalice dungeons. I would buy it in a heartbeat.

>new whirlgig saw launches the pizza cutter blades as projectiles
fund it

Trick Outfits

I'd rub my phantasm shell all over that

...What else could he say? Even if there were plans for another Bloodborne, he can't say anything at all in an offhand manner. Game announcements are a big deal. And I'm not saying it's in production now, I just think you're crazy if you don't think they'll make another Bloodborne related game at some point in the future. If anything, him pointing out that the team loves Bloodborne does mean something. The book and carving from Deracine being Bloodbornesque yet not direct references to anything in Yharnam is interesting too, like it is hinting at a deeper mythos to be explored.

>What would you like to see in a Bloodborne 2?
More than 2 blood rocks per playthrough
Also, more weapons

It's both.

>Miyazaki: The concept for the general feeling of the era is very much based on the Victorian era. [...] The setting we created takes these old gothic towns and layers more Victorian era elements, such as street lamps, on top of them.

bloodborne-wiki.com/2017/01/interviews.html

That sounds great, but not really practical to pull off.

The endless PCock asshurt was just far too entertaining.

Nazi Germany aesthetics and outfits

>didn't dupe his upgrade materials
lolololololololol
