Why are there so few black esports players outside of fighting games?

You only really see them in sports and fighting games. Everything else is too nerdy. They don't play.

Black families couldn't really afford high spec pc's so they went to arcades instead and played the most popular games there which were fighting games.

Knowing this is bait, but still. They generally have higher testosterone on average, therefore they will concentrate on more brutal, savage entertainment; fighting games in this instance.

>everything is too nerdy
>having to memorize and input multiple button presses and combos alongside hitbox sizes in a few seconds while also countering whatever the other guy is doing at the same time is somehow "not nerdy"

The ones that show interest don't have the skill to get that far. Simple as that. Same reason why women don't do esports, same reason you rarely see anyone that isn't English or Korean in esports, and so on. They gotta have the skill to get that far, and they just lack it. It's an even playing field, but they just don't reach the field itself.

>what are real sports
LUL

because games like overwatch are reserved for low-T incels (white people)

ayy lmao

No you idiot I grew up in Atlanta around a fuckton of blacks & none of them played vidya

The ones that did play vidya were rare, and they played normie shit like NBA 2K or CoD

>good reflexes for reacting quickly, good for fighting games
>poor comunication and natural aggressiveness, bad for teamwork
>dumb, bad for strategy

>esports

They're too busy fucking your women to be occupied with games designed for children

It's the same reason you don't see black people in winter sports, they can't afford it. Winter sports costs a lot more money to participate in than a basketball costs. Fighting games are played on a console which is more affordable than a PC+Monitor(244ghz)+HighSpeed Internet connection. Just like basketball, they can get together locally with other players and practice all day.

They all play fighting games which are better than Overwatch and Starcraft

Esport skills tend to be be divided between high pattern recognition + thinking ahead and reflexes + muscle memory

for some reason niggers and spics are less represented at the former, probably the IQ barrier, the latter is usually the same

so my answer is IQ

I mean I get making fun of overwatch esports
but there's dudes literally making millions of dollars off of games now, gramps. It's no more stupid than fucking golf players.

Bruh... look at these dudes

The problem with esports is only a few games can be real esports, and the rest are chasing an audience that isn't there before the game even launches

Except the most difficult mp genre is fighting games, which is dominated by spics and nigs. Your argument is shit.

They know Overwatch is a shit game

have sex

Bro i used to follow the OW scene, many of its players are actual dumbasses outsode he game

Actually it's dominated by Japs. Niggers are just fodder.

Depends on what esports you're looking at Brood War got a LOT of black players right before SC2 got announced, and with better internet connections, more pros can smurf on KR servers, which is how we see consistent results from Mexican/Brazilian/Scandinavian/Chinese players in the current SC2 scene.

Was probably the last player I cared about on CLG desu

Lol the Tekken winner this year is a Paki

Fighting games are just pure muscle memory and matchup memorization
Even if memorizing inputs is harder than memorizing micro in other games, it's not enough to compensate for the lack of teamwork and/or strategy required in other games.

Unironic answer is because of how strata-ingrained black families are in western countries. Lower income families means no gaming PC/reliable network setup, meaning that their friends and their parents didn't grow up on Quake or CS or Brood War, they had maybe a console or the occasional arcade money, and played the genre that was more readily available to them: fighting games. Sure, a lot of them could switch now that PCs are cheaper than ever, but there's no real incentive for Shan'quell to git gud at DOTA when all his friends irl are playing something else.

Ah yes, way to completely downplay the hundreds of hours involved in pokegame, matchup learning, which strats to use, combos, etc.
It's pure skill. If you lose, it's 100% on you. With team games, not everyone will be preforming on the same kevel, and someone will always be blamed. People always rate 1v1s more anyway.
Fighting games are king.

>hundreds of hours involved in pokegame, matchup learning, which strats to use, combos, etc.
Shit like that is present in every competitive game ever. Spending thousands of hours to learn everything is a given.

How do we force more black people to enter and excel at professional level video games in order to fill the skin color quota?
