legitimately the most fun game I've played in a long time

>gain levitate
>now flying all over the map and groundslamming enemies
fuck dude the combat in this game is so fucking good

People like being super heros and Control gives you fun superhero powers.

Combat in this game is horrible, I don't know what you were playing but it wasn't control.

I find it funny that the crouch button becomes useless as soon as you get the dodge

The little touches really make the game for me. I didn't notice it until the end but things like levitate and launch actually levitate things in a field around an object. When you float around an office area telephones, magazines, cups, etc. will levitate up into the air and float around when you get nearby, and if you get close to any lights they'll start flickering on and off, just like you're the poltergeist the benicoff tv set is referencing

Finished it, combat was still ass. Only good fight was the fridge boss. Foundation are is a disappointment, game needed more ahti, ashtray maze was good but alan wakes "horde fight with good music" was better. Cry more.

The gameplay is sorta repetitive and ez but I loved reading the notes and the FBC feels really fleshed out

In the video log where he references Kubrick's 2001 he says what he's going to do is "shoot himself into the monolith", so presumably he either merged himself with Hedron, before "it" "died" or entered one of the slide dimensions. I think it's going to come up again in the DLCs.

I think Ahti is a member of the board, since he gives you the cassette player in the foundation as a gift from him and his "friends" and my personal theory is that the board is just a group of characters who realize they're in a video game and are maybe trying to manipulate it

Get an RTX GPU fucknut. You basically got a dick in the face for not buying it. This is a pretty clear indication that it's a slap on fix with lighting because with "ray tracing" the GI will bleed through and you can basically see through that darkness better.

Fairly certain that is the cause of it.

What's there to prove? Lighting is being overcompensated in areas where "RTX" would make the light bleed and reflect off metallic surfaces. It's happening in too many areas for the developers to have fucked up this badly. If anything, it's more indicative of that fact.
