Only way you can access third person is with a glitch now. Something about balancing the game when they added firearms or something. Be warned that you usually glitch out of bonds attempting the glitch

The graphics are actually pretty good on a technical level, it's the art style that's shit. There's no particular aesthetic or direction to it at all, so it just ends up looking drab and messy most of the time.
