These games aren't as easy to make as it may seem and they aren't really popular nor profitable.
It's a shame because I think western devs could make really good crazy games.

Not to mention that all Itsuno DMCs lack in areas that arent combos. DMC5 made me realize that if DMC wants to continue being like this, Must Style Mode needs to be on by default or something to compliment the playstyle because whacking dummy ai with bloated health for three games straight just isnt fun.

We're talking about a guy who jumped on the bandwagon of shitting on Metroid Other M and Vanquish but then sucked Vanquish's dick so hard when it came out on PC and cut some slack on Team Ninja for Metroid Other M, while he was violently shitting on them before. Goes to show you how much research he does.
And he's a Prime Faggot as well, so that should tell everyone how shit his tastes are, until some other guy redpills him or he has to play something when there's a major controversy happens, like with DmC back in the day where he was forced to play the DMC collection and now pretends he's that super hardcore guy who can only DMC-like games.
God fucking no. A lot of the cool guys left during the DMC4 days and some never came back unfortunately. The asians are now the only ones who get what CUHRAZUHY is all about while on the western front, the circlejerk is full of people that are Kyle 2.0 instead of cool cats like ViewtifulMoe who just did some vids and had fun without being a pretentious faggot who sucked at games.
