Hell, personally I have THREE computers; my main desktop, my laptop, and my work computer that I use to connect to the VPN at work when I want to work from home.
I also own a Switch and PS4, because I'm not poor, but if the PS4 didn't have exclusives I wouldn't even own it.
The Switch I can at least say offers something as a handheld, but if a console isn't physically able to do something that my PC can't do (like fit in my pocket) then it's absolutely useless and I don't want to use it for anything other than games I can't get elsewhere.
Hence why most of my consoles sit around collecting dust 90% of the time.

But you can play the originals on a modern device (PC), and I enjoy them much more because I just don't like the art style of the new ones. There's like a "warm" filter over the image that is annoying and unecessary blur. It's possible to upgrade the visuals and not lose its charm (there are free hd textures mod for many emulated games also) but that isn't the case with Spyro, in my opinion. So yeah call it "soul" or "charm" but there is absolutely a point to it.
