i thought i had tinnitus for a few months and my ears kept getting clogged turns out i just had a shitload of earwax and had to go to the doctors to pump it out. few days after was like the entire world was on 500% volume turning on the sink felt like an airplane engine starting, pretty trippy and fun desu

i also have tinnitus and visual snow, but neither of them were caused by computer use. my tinnitus actually spiked for a little over a month a while back, but i started taking pinebark extract and now i barely hear it anymore. as for actually vidya induced problems, i think i have Computer Vision Syndrome that affects my right eye and covers my vision in a brownish tint. it generally goes away whenever i cease any exposure to screens and what not.

Just using this thread to make everyone aware that you should take regular breaks. If that is not an option, then at least force yourself to blink at regular intervals. When I stare on the screen for long periods of time, my eyes get pretty dry. This often leads to an insane headache, which ruins the fun for me completely.
