overwatch has always been an sjw game, or at least it's always marketed to those types. the only difference you see now is that it's appealing more to the puritan witch hunt type of sjw as opposed to the sex positive type. this is congruent with overwatch's rules of play becoming much more strict in terms of what you are and aren't allowed to do in a game.
It isn't any big deal because Mercy and Symmetra's underwear is almost always visible in various skins

Except that Symmetra isn't a real person. She's a fictional character that was designed by someone, who intentionally gave this character the racist trait of talking this way.
