He's talking about a leak that told us we were getting Terry and Ryu Hayabusa. It was posted at the start of August I think the 12th? I didn't screencap it but there is one floating around. it was just a random user talking about those being our last two characters and how their trailers will follow the continuation of trailers theory, with Terry beating up in incineroar and ryu saving Simon Belmont and Richter. Personally I would be mad if we got Terry as the SNK rep because he is such a milquetoast choice, pretty much Ken with a ponytail. Nako would be so much better
