Divayth Fyr, probably
Dagoth Ur did nothing wrong. He loyally served his friend Nerevar until the bitter end, tried to help the people of Resdayn attain godhood, and tried to expose the corrupt nature of the false gods they were coerced into worshiping. His reward for this was to be trapped within a volcano but those same vindicated "gods," and assassinated by the friend he served for centuries on behalf of a demon.
Do Oblivion guards count?
youtube.com
To be honest he could've treated the Neravarine a bit better
Never played Morrowind, whats so cool about Fyr?
based if not redpilled
Todd The Liar
Kinda like Boethiah after diving deeper she seems evil but has a soft spot for the dunmer
4000 year old sorcerer who made female clones of himself and married to them creating an entire harem of what is essentially rule 63 of himself
Why the fuck did they use Neloth instead of Fyr or Aryon?
Aryon shrooming fort Frostmoth would have been cool.
Alduin
He's a 4000 year old super wizard that made daughter clones of himself and has the last dwemer living with him
Dont forget the part where he calls them daughters and how he essentially solves the black plague in his basement as a side activity
I really like caius cosades
Every member of TES4 Dark Brotherhood because they're all absolutely silly and still total bros to the core.
Jared Ice-veins. The guy likes the look and sound of bones, I can relate.
He's just not that much of a dick, almost every dunmer in morrowind is an asshole (especially high ranking telvanni who tend to be assholes or insane) but here we have this guy that goes out of his way to keep dangerous infected patients beneath his house and tries to cure them. He also grew his daughterwives from scraps of himself. The most assholish thing he does is purposely lure thieves into his basement to play a game where they run around opening chests with the condition of not harming the corprus patients.
Artifact collecter. Shame he liked battlespire.
Armand Christophe
Cyrus
Basil
Crassius Curio
Teris Raledran & Rollie
Vivec
Pretty much every Telvanni councilor
Hieronymus Lex
Glarthir
Lucien LaChance mainly for his voice
Paarthurnax
Ulfric
But user, if you liked them so much why did you kill them?
Aryon is pretty based, keeps an imperial guard prisoner as part of a museum exhibit. I also laughed at the notes his comstruction workers left.
Sheogorath offer some really nice quest and fun quests.
The bit with her and Trinimac is funny.
haha yeah so funny I bet it was embarrassing I wish I could smell it haha
Teldryn Sero
I know he's just a one-off DLC merc, but never have I enjoyed more the sheer simplicity of a character, he is absolutely perfect at what he is and needs to be.
Pelinal Whitestrake
I liked Isran, how unflinchingly badass he is. At least from what I played, never once flinches or doubts himself or his purpose for even a moment. Also funny how he's autismal about killing vampires. If only the writers didn't suck Serrana's dick so hard such that Isran didn't cave her skull in first meeting before she even uttered word.
basically any of the colorful chumps at the waterfront huts
Fargoth
She's my tsundere deadra wife.
Based
Sriracha
Hermaeus Mora. He's like the book geek who sits on the corner but he already have thousand plans to reign and dominate your life.
Clavicus Vile
I love that little nigga like you wouldn't believe
Also love how he's a "wishmaster" but really all he does is just have a little toybox of a few artifact goodies, that he loans out to people to "grant" their wishes with. Like he's such a cheapskate that he answers like 5 wishes at once with a single axe being handed off from one wisher to the next.
Based and manpilled
What's the best thing to enchant in morrowind I have all these souls
ebony staff or ebony scimitar
Should I wear the phynaster ring or the mentor's ring?
Imperial guard
Neloth
More lie Fag oth
deadric tower shield by far, if you put constant health regen on it youre imortal
The best item in terms of enchant value is the Daedric Tower Shield but it's too heavy to really carry much of. The best item you can load up your inventory with is Exquisite Rings: 120 capacity for only 0.1 weight each.
If you mean what to actually put on those enchantments, my favorites:
Constant effect Fortify Strength for most clothes and armor worn regularly
Constant effect Restore Fatigue and Restore Health somewhere, just one item is enough. You'll not get super high values but even small ones like 1 or 2 per second are absolutely game changing.
Constant effect Jump, again even a small value like 3 or 4 will make a huge difference in your mobility.
Cast on use summons, I like to add ghost + scamp + greater bonewalker all at once on a few rings so I can instantly summon an army of whatever size I feel like
For weapons, cast on strike Absorb Health.
If you're not much of a mage or have any magic school you're lacking skills in, then any spells you want to cast from those schools you can just enchant as cast-on-use instead.
I prefer Mentor's on any character that actually uses intelligence and willpower.
>Constant effect Jump, again even a small value like 3 or 4 will make a huge difference in your mobility.
fortify jump for 1 second is way better since youre in the air most of the time and it only wokrs for the moment you jump, theres no point in it being constant
youtu.be
Hell yes
Three Dog
Lusty Argonian Maid if book characters count.
It's a shame my favorite look involves bonemold which has pretty low enchant value.
Probably the snow prince, always loved the snow elf lore and design, also imagine being so powerful and loved you singhandedly turn the tide of a battle to the point your enemies give you your own ritual barrow
Dawnguard as a faction in general suffered because of waifu pandering. Jesus christ the idea that they let a fucking vampire walk out with an elder scroll is so pants on head retarded it ruins the entire dlc.
Yeah but I was mostly talking about weapons, with their decently high enchant values you can make fun shit with it.
Jyggalag
The "She must be trustworthy since she actually walked in here" argument is simultaneously retarded and genius
Shame he does not appear again to make a revenge plan and comeback against other Daedra.
>Can join him on a crusade against all other daedra
I would endorse this
Who will be the prime target I wonder?
you're mother
>Challenging the Bride of Sithis
Fool
LOL Xddd
Was he an incel?
His death was absolutely retarded, though
>REMAN FUCKING CYRODIIL
>Cyborg crusader calls out your name in battle thousands of years before you're born
>Created a mountain just being born
>Defeated an entire invading continent of weeb snake people and made the invaders serve him
>Founded the best empire
>Worshipped as basically the proto-Talos
>Molag Bal is the strongest of the daedric princes.
Why?
Molag Bal can't be killed; because whoever kills Molag Bal becomes Molag Bal
Dominating the king of domination makes you so dominant you end up mantling the incarnation of domination
>This means Molag Bal can only get stronger and stronger as he is replaced with increasingly powerful Molag Bals.
SheoHOMOs, MeFAILas, NotHERTURNs, MalaCRAPs, BoCREEPYas, Hermaeus MORONs, A-TURDas, KEKicus Vile, HIS-CREAMs, JyggaFAGs, NORMIEras, FAIRYites, ACNEine, VOMITinas, CHLAMYDIAs, and MY-NUDE-FAGons need to accept their place under their king
Gay
>because whoever kills Molag Bal becomes Molag Bal
This makes no sense, it should be that whoever rapes him becomes Molag Bal.
He's the Prince of Domination and Slavery OVER MORTALS.
weak ass nigger
unironically tho, underrated character
I'm a lorelet, but I really like Hermaeus Mora.
>Liking a botched scroll
shit taste desu
No u, nigger
Ra Gada survived a waking phase
Hermaphrodite Whore-ah didn't
I have no idea what you're saying and I don't really give a shit.
Mora is great.
Are there other Daedric Princes that have tried to invade Nirn besides Dagon and Bal?
more isn't even really mora bruh
he's either a shitty roll of paper or a sea of melted dwarf brains
The funny thing is I don't even know if you're bullshitting me or not.
damn the guy who admittedly doesn't know lore doesn't know lore lol!
i'm being serious while also taking the piss
that's CHIM baby
Haha u sure got me there lol XD
Mora is still my favourite.
Didn't Nocturnal take over Sotha's city in Online?
When should I do the morrowind expansions I have a full ebony set and dedric long sword with enchantments I feel overpowered. First time I beat this game I never beat the expansions because I thought I was overpowered at the end
Is online actually good?
I remember the werewolf maze being absolute bullshit and the ice island requiring you to wait for days at an end while the quest progressed
Ulfric.
Quite simply the most complete and complex character ever in TES.
Would have been Vivec but the fanfics ruined that char.
All of them look so generic...
My pauldron caddy? He should have known parading around in the only full set of daedric armor wouldn't end well for him.
The expansions are higher level than the regular game
Meh.
Try on a free weekend and save your money.
Why are wizards such dicks in the TES universe? like they refuse to even talk to you unless you're smart enough to cast a float spell
They're smarter and live centuries longer than normies
Just do Therana's quest and you'll get constant effect feather of the two heaviest pieces.
No pauldron though.
Divvy has to go. Thanks for the cure though.
You can get the pauldrons in the dlc :^)
Most non-hostile Vampires in TES are actually cool people
Or you can just off Divvy. I am like water and find the path of least resistance.
Never made it to the DLC so I will have to take your word on it.
One pauldron per expansion :^], that'll be $59.99 plus tip.
I'm surprised how easy it is to actually get most daedric armor pieces in morrowind. So far I almost have a set save for helm and pauldrons from just doing quests for the temple and telvanni and wandering one time into a vampire lair that had boots by coincidence.
>bride of sithis
*mephala
Why do they need to talk to every day-labourer and Kh***it that walks by? They're actually working on shit, as opposed to Redoran/Hlaalu nobles
I finally beat Skyrim after having hundreds of hours and owning it for nearly a decade, ask me anything
So horse armor wasn't where it all started.
why doesn’t destruction scale properly?
There's all the point in the world of it being constant because you don't want to have to recast it every few seconds, a good 4 pt jump constantly applied lets you hop everywhere at great speed, you use the big 1sec spells if you want to jump over a mountain or to the other side of the island
i haven't played oblivion in a decade but why cant you side with him in the shivering isles quest
bump
>Elder Scrolls Wiki
Because you're Sheoggorath
its either that or lebbit
en.uesp.net
Retard.
Why does it matter? Autist.
I don't know guys, UESP is well known for its transphobic tendencies unlike a fandom based website like Elder Scrolls Wiki
Sotha Sil
Originally portrayed to be a huge asshole only for him to be the hugest bro with the best interests of Tamriel in minding due to partaking in the murder of his best friend for a greater good.
And then he got murdered by that witch Almalexia and strung up on some machine
should I play ESO just for the Morrowind + Clockwork City content?
Unironicly yes, best story made with love and care.
Clearly showed they loved (And played) Morrowind
Ah yeah, The old Nelothberg... :)
Hah, I get it, that's a jewish joke right? Very clever.
Because the dark brotherhood story arc is the BEST side quest in the game and you have to do it in order to proceed through. Sure the ending was a little lack-luster but it's the kind of quest line where the journey is better than the destination.
Sheogorath, because Zoom is canon, Todd confirmed it.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPxvTd_jCPQ
I liked the wacky elf at the college of winter hold that casts transformation spells on you.
Shame that if you marry her you can't have her move into the arch mages quarters with you.
Arch mage quarters are a shitty house anyways, no fucking access to forges for crafting.
Drink water is unironically fucking amazing.
Mages don't use forges or do any manual labor
>Sheogorath has a voiceline where he says the n-word
Uh, Todd?
I wish they gave some things higher enchant values in general
It really annoyed me how weak the adamantium weapons were. It'd be nice if they gave them an enchant value higher than the comparable daedric weapons to justify use even if they are so much weaker physically.
And why did they make the goblin weapons so fucking strong anyway? low durability wasn't that much of a tradeoff
He has really, really strict standards.
You quite literally have too much free will and chaos in you, even if you're the paladin of paladins he considers you too unlawful.
Because Bethesda doesn't make RPGs.
werewolf maze is fucking tense, they punch right through your armor durability
everything else is pretty easy
because they thought the perks that gave you extra damage was enough
I tried to kill Serana as soon as she emerged from her tome-maze-thing, she didn't die.
She acted like I didn't just slice her to fuck with my sword, and started her dialogue.
After leaving the tome, I immediately went to Isran to inform him of Serana, whom stayed back from the fortress, and he said something along the lines of: "This is a unusual circumstance. Follow her to the castle."
I was actually surprised Bethesda put the extra dialogue, but I was still (despite my already pre-existing lack of faith in Bethesda's writing) disappointed.
I travelled to the castle, and the gate wouldn't open because I managed to find the castle before the start of the quest.
This is a common bug that has been since the release of the DLC.
I just turn off Skyrim at that point.
Now that I think about it, how often do the Elder Scrolls actually appear in the series, I've only played the last 3 and I don't remember if it showed up in Morrowind
Boethia, Molag Bal and Mehrunes Dagon
In Arena you find half of the dungeons by having random people read/decode their locations from Elder Scrolls. You don't actually see the scrolls graphically but that's what it says they're doing.
They do not feature directly in Daggerfall or Morrowind at all.
So they basically went from being old books to god items that can break time and space?
Yeah Arena predates all the Moth Priest stuff and lore regarding them. The whole idea of "Elder Scrolls" was just tacked on late in Arena's development to make it sound more RPG-ish due to the genre shift.
I was always under the impression that the games themselves were the elder scrolls, you know, like they're stories written in them
I have a soft spot for vidya bros that start off as assholes but lighten up as you work together
Yeah well you're wrong, shithead.
Fuck you.
Peryrite for doing such a shit job.
rude
4000 year old plus wizard that lives in an island by himself with his "daughters" aka female clones of himself he created that he keeps in a sex harem. Yes, he says he has sex with them. He also keeps a bunch of plague infected people in his basement with a bunch of daedric artifacts and the last living dwarf he keeps as a pet. He also wears a full set of daedric armor for lols.
Kinda sounds like a previous protagonist.
Looks like you are in some trouble, since we are friends don't worry I look the other way and take care of that fine for you
For me it's Darien Gautier.
Friendly reminder that all daedric princes are absolute assholes and should be treated as such.
Mephala, Nocturnal and Clive.
Then there's your random spergout by cultists.
No, you should play ESO for Orsinium + Clockwork City + Murkmire.
The chad Daedra
That fuckin' TURD... is no "chad."
>reused assets
>chad
maybe the real game are the scrolls we read along the way
Of course other Daedra would want to emulate the greatest Chad of all time.
Why is there no fists skill
Yea it's amazing for lore, story, quests and diverse areas that aren't explored in other ES games. The combat's good for an MMO too, which much more diverse skills than the main games, even if attacks dont carry quite as much weight. You can play almost the entire thing by yourself too, with the base game alone having 250+ hours of gameplay alone.
then why is using a generic dremora model instead of his unique one?
yeah sure
Sanguine isn't using the generic dremora model. The generic dremora is using the Sanguine model out of envy.
Originally, Skyrim was intended to have a hand-to-hand skill tree. There's concept art (more like drafts) for what it would've look like.
But the feature was scrapped in mid game development due to being "fucking gay."
Remember that time boethiah vore'd trinimac and shat out malakath ha ha
jarl ballin'
I think you mean grand and intoxicatingpilled
>this motherfucker's painting
still cracks me up
but dremora using that model predates sanguine using it
Todd hates the gay.
>Constant effect Restore Fatigue and Restore Health somewhere, just one item is enough. You'll not get super high values but even small ones like 1 or 2 per second are absolutely game changing.
Good tip, I put a minor restore fatigue on my telvanni tower shield and it's made traveling better.
But beating the shit out of enemies with your bare fists is fun.
Do you think a TES game in the style of Fo76, just with some improvments. Mainly NPCs in the world that provide a story instead of robots?
1. You can join guilds
2. You can form guilds
3. Take land
4. Kill monsters
5. Get loot
etc.
ESO is alright, but I don't think its enough TES. I want the combat/play style in the TES universe in an online game. I think Fo76 is them testing this.
Morrowind.
You like touching other men huh?
>join guilds
You can do this in ESO.
>form guilds
You can do this in ESO.
>take land
You can buy houses in ESO.
>kill monsters
You can do this in ESO.
>get loot
You can do this in ESO.
>fallout 76
No, just fucking no. Go back to your containment game.
AAAWWWW
Dagoth Ur, probably. I'm firmly in the camp that says that Dagoth wasn't such a bad guy until the Tribunal started fucking with the Heart. He did everything in his life to further the goals of his Hortator, and I do not think twenty minutes next to the Heart would have driven him insane. Voryn Dagoth was murdered and framed for the killing of Nerevar, and when Vivec rewrote history to make himself a god, he also gave Dagoth the means to become an anti-god. Dagoth was never a bad guy. Even by the time of Morrowind, his objectives are admirable: kill the treasonous Tribunal and expel the Empire from Morrowind. He's only evil because Vivec fucked with the narrative of history and memory itself and literally created his own personal villain.
Thankfully, Ordinator makes destruction magic strong enough by itself that you don't really need anything else. It makes all the skills great, really. Even speech improves your shouts.
>Not longing for the braindead combat of Skyrim
baka desu
I use the archmage tower for some things; I use my Lakeview manor for others.
He has a unique appearance from dremoras.
You can use unarmed, there's a perk in the heavy armor tree for it. You just have to wear gauntlets; Khajit get a damage bonus. Did you people not know this?
He was bad enough to not stand down when nerevar told him to stop.
I don't know you, and I don't care to know you
Combat is not the same. Same with the world.
ESO Feels like WoW with a TES Skin.
BASADO
Oblivion could be a piece of shit of a game but had some of the most fun npcs.
better than skyrim
Indeed. Most likeable and memorable npcs in the elder scrolls series.
>so we have these recurring characters everyone loves
>they all have unique designs
>what should we do with them for our biggest game yet?
>uuuh do not show them
>maybe let sanguine use the default daedra body and armor
>and uuuuh sheogorath is literally just a random human, no unique hair, no unique skin, no unique eyes or anything
>you can recolor some clothes for him though
Fuck everyone who ever worked for skyrim
potato faces didnt just fuck the graphix up, it made every single character non threatening and fucked atmosphere as whole desu
>hey bro here's your strongest necromancer ever, sorry he looks like a sack of potatoes instead of the manly adonis you were expecting
>This one assassin dude with a cool plotline about backstabbing others and mommy issues is going mental
>but he's showing no emotions and looks like literally any other cyrodiil resident with down syndrome
>this other assassin dude looks more like a creepy stalker than the ninja-esque hard-ass motherfucker mentoring you
>argonian and khajiit textures look like actual vomit
NI-NI-NI-NI-NI-NI-NI-NI-NI
Do you think they'd be even half as memorable if they didn't have the dopey faces?
Killed by a 12 year old ginger girl.
>Makes you rich if you have a dick
>the most assholish thing he does is throw pennies into traffic to watch homeless people dodge cars
>mfw
Niggardly you unclultured swine
Old and busted
>tfw no VERY special khajiit friend
Our lord Dagoth Ur
I think so. As long as the funny voices remain.
What's the difference between witchhunter, nightblade and spellsword?
>saw the announcement for the morrowind expansion for eso
>thought they were remastering morrowind for like an hour
skills they major and minor.
spellswords are just warriors mixed with mages. No sneaky aspect to them. Don't knoe the difference between nightblade and witch hunter.
yeah that guy. i want to make girl clones of myself to have sex with.
>Spellswords are spellcasting specialists trained to support Imperial troops in skirmish and in battle. Veteran spellswords are prized as mercenaries, and well-suited for careers as adventurers and soldiers-of-fortune.
>Nightblades are spellcasters who use their magics to enhance mobility, concealment, and stealthy close combat. They have a sinister reputation, since many nightblades are thieves, enforcers, assassins, or covert agents.
>Witchhunters are dedicated to rooting out and destroying the perverted practices of dark cults and profane sorcery. They train for martial, magical, and stealthy war against vampires, witches, warlocks, and necromancers.
