What cartoon is this from?
Shin Chan go watch it dildor
m.youtube.com
Spaniard here. Can confirm this game was pretty good, but i dont have it anymore. Maybe i should replay it sometime
Oh shit, I remember this phone game. It only had a very repetitive arrangement of the theme song as music.
The Shin-chan game was only a thing in Spain and Japan, then? Why?
youtube.com
I had this one, good shit.
Shin-chan here was a very big thing back in the 00s, at least in catalonia (where Barcelona is). Clubs even used to put a remix of the opening. It was really pop culture
>That feeling when from C.Valenciana and watching some episodes in spanish and then the same day or next day watching them in catalan/valencian
trompaaaaaaaaaaaa
trompaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
It's not all Spanish?
Of course not. Culet culeeeet!
People used to play it here in Malaga, I see Shin Chan merchandise in markets sometimes
Even the creator of Shin Chan was surprised that spaniards liked his anime. He made a special episode based in Spain.
So, is that why they make special episodes about the family going to Spain? because it was only popular here?
Im native on both but people who only know spanish exclusive seem to have a hard time so I guess its noticeable different , for me they are very similar desu
Yeah, it's not a Doraemon thing where it's popular in a bunch of countries, Shin Chan is a household name basically in Japan and Spain
>english dub of anime I like aired only in australia
>Was lost media for decades
>amazon prime video silently re-releases the series in english online
>license runs out & they delist it
>Literally not a single person saved a copy of it
>English version of the anime became lost media TWICE
Being into obscure japanese media is suffering user. Sometimes it really do be that way.
>spaniards think they're the only ones that enjoyed shin chan
news flash: only americans hated it.
Americans hated Conan, lupin the third, & Gigantor to the point where adult swim aired tham at 2AM-3AM (aka the death slot). Americans hate retro anime for some reason.
lmao the spanish dub is trash
Which anime? I'm sure if you spread it around online you can get people to try and find it.
Can confirm. It was well-received here in Germany and the French liked it, too.
what is it
>watching lupin on german mtv
those were the times
youtube.com
Minky momo. You can still find the listings for it on amazon but they don't lead to anything & you can't watch them. Some guy from Australia threw the 5 episodes he had on VHS from when it aired down under but other than that it's lost. It's not even fully fansubbed.
amazon.com
Unironically a great game. Gotta replay it sometime soon.
Fucking Shin-chan, he was everywhere, even in the radio. Anime was weirdly popular in Spain back them, I remember watching Kochikame and Keroro dubbed in Basque
I remember it being pretty popular in the UK too.
Its not really popular anymore I dont think
Because they never had retro anime to begin with 30 years ago
Europe got it all first they were really behind
>Because they never had retro anime to begin with 30 years ago
You act like every blockbuster video didn't have dozens of episodes of Ranma 1/2 & slayers on the shelves.
had this on my hacked gba flashcart, pure kino
Not the same thing at all as having it air on prime time TV and had every single kid in the country watch it is it
this shit was tight
Since when? I’m an American in the Midwest. I loved Shin Chan growing up despite having no familiarity.
>that time Cuatro had a night time anime block and aired hentai and lolicon
Kochikame and Keroro were my shit when I was in highschool here in Málaga.
That and Cosas de Locos
It's impressive that Shin Chan is a Spain only event in Europe/US. It used to be fucking massive here, and the first 10 or so movies are fantastic. Sorta like Doraemon being unpopular in English land for some reason.
Do english speaking people like anime, even? I get the italians and french but english just have abominable taste.
Germany is somewhat weebs, but nowhere near as much as the French.
France always had a big comicbook community and they embraced stuff like DB, Battle Angel Alita, Berserk etc. very early on.
The brits have the problem that they only like their stuff the most. It's the same with video games, if you're talking about retro consoles they'll chew your ear off talking about spectrum zx and other shit that was ignored worldwide, while they never accepted the NES. The UK is like a parallel universe where everything is just shittier.
Didn't they air the OVA for Daiakuji and almost got in trouble for that?
nah it was called sex mercenary or some shit
Im an idiot its the same thing, just looked it up
>Ctrl+F
>No "Fantasticoso mozzafiatante"
You disappoint me, Italians
If I remember correctly it was la sexta and they had to take all the hentai off because mad parents. But yeah, I wonder who had the brilliant idea of dubbing lolicon hentai
Pretty sure they stopped showing the anime in German TV's was because apparently some parents complained about shin always being naked
lmao
Still aired 150 episodes of it.
No, they steal the occitan language and created some retard sound language named catalan and their retarded son valenciano.
Now you remember that Shin-chan author died by falling of a cliff during a hikking day with his family.
>valenciano
>language
It's just a retarded catalan dialect
Good way to go out really. You spend your last day with your family? I've heard worse deaths.
>That time when LA SECTA aired hentai at night with the loli having a 18yo ID to prove she's not underage so they could fuck
and also Yu Yu Hakusho at the mornings. Terrible dub tho.
are prime-time yuroop hours usually this comfy
Is this game
A. Fun?
B. Actually in Spanish?
I'm trying to learn Spanish so I'd totally give it a play if so.
pretty sweet. special guest animator i guess?
He was alone. His body was recovered and identified by his family the next day.
Fuck this movie was good, still have it on DVD
I had already stopped watching TV by then, shame I missed on all that
Wait what, they animated a new scene with her showing her ID or did they photoshopped it in her forehead?
Yes! to both questions.
By caliming that you are implying there are different levels when it comes to spanish regional languages. And there aren't, Valenciano is as much of a language as catalan is, and they are both equally beneath Spanish as the main language of the country.
But for some fucking reason catalonians always have to find a way to portray themselves as superior, even though they have been bitchslapped for years since they started their silly secession movement.
Fuck year Shin Chan was huge in spain back in the day.
Culet + Trompa senpai assemble.
SAY HEY HEY SHIN CHAN
Basat
Shin Chan, El detectiu Conan and Bobobo were my shit back in the day. God I miss Babalà Club...
No, the 6th movie. Masahiro Ando, regular animator in the movies from the second to the eighth one.
A lot of brilliant animators worked on Shin-Chan. Masaaki Yuasa had his kickstart there, for example. A lot of openings and endings are animated by him, and the first movies all had designs by him.
TO BE A MAN YOU MUST HAVE HONOR! HONOR AND A PEEEEEEEEEEEENIS
Why is Shin-chan's artstyle so weirdly erotic?
Holland here, in the early 00s it was big here too. I remember seeing it on TV
Do you know any other games that are in Spanish? Preferably with Spanish VA
To learn I recommend pokemon games in Spanish
Holywood Monsters.
Kingdom hearts 2
Kek that shit caught me off guard the first time
Okay spanons, it's time to name your absolute favorite Shin Chan kino
>pic related
You have been fapping to doujins again too much
I Yu Yu Hakusho, els defensors del més enllà? L'anime més kino de tots els temps
>forgot to add pic
Kill yourself, Santi Abascal.
I remember watching Evangelion on the xabarin club at 6pm when I was 10.
Man regional channels were fucking unhinged.
Conan was actually fairly popular and regularly got into AS' higher ratings. Lupin and Gigantor failed because the dubs were really subpar, but even then Lupin managed to catch some traction and would occasionally get into the higher ratings.
The DS dragon quest games have a damn good translation with accents and shit.
One of the most soulfull games of the GBA/DS era.
Why can't catalans shut the fuck up about their fucking dubs everytime anime and spain are in the same thread?
y después se despeñó por un barranco
Bua, i tant (encara que la vaig veure en català, jaja)
>Watching bleach at 6 AM before going in to school
Those were the times
To put things into perspective, before they made it big with their own productions, KyoAni used to do inbetweens for ShinChan movies (among others). Quite a bit of their animators got their start there. The first 10-11ish or so movies are an array of talent in many fronts. The 9th, Adults Strike Back, is an universal classic.
Runaway and sequels.
In Galicia was pretty big too, TV of Galicia still emits episodes around 8 in the evening, but only the old ones.
Neox also was airing episodes until some months ago, i guess those faggots needed the space to put some garbage series no one sees
shinchan is dead right?
Does it get new episodes or movies anymore?
Havent heard about this show for years
That's the easy pick lol
My favourite is between Henderland and Operación Rescate. The first one is also brilliant.
Because more than half of spanish dubbers are the catalan ones due having a more neutral accent.
So you're most of the time just getting the same we do with some side dishes.
Nuria Trifol is my dub-fu
Sa matao Paco
South Korea likes Shin Chan too
YOU'RE A MESHI
Same reason as South American.
Gotta feel pride in the smallest things
Based
Cringe scatalan
>That one weird kid who watched Card Captor Sakura
I was that kid
There are a shitload of foreign properties that got big the world over except in the US for some reason. As an American myself I was really into Tintin, Asterix, and the Moomins growing up, but fucking nobody had heard of them here, and I only learned of them because my parents would bring the comics back from European visits. Same applies to a lot of anime that had big international appeal, hell we didn't even get Dragon Ball until almost a decade after the rest of the world.
Im spaniard too, and I MEVER heard or saw anything about these. You mean La cuatro y La Sexta channels as in today, or you mean many years in the past?
Nigga on this website we were all that kid.
>Do english speaking people like anime, even?
Pokemon, Dragon Ball, Naruto, That superhero show, Big O, and Cowboy Bebop are/were popular in America. In fact Big O's second season was only made because Americans liked it so much.
Masaaki Yuasa is making a new show about Nevado and Science Saru have made animations for the last movies. Michio Mihara also did a miniseries.
It's still going but it's a husk of what it was because most of the talent working on it left since around the leap to digital or so. Yuichiro Sueyoshi is still directing animation and doing character designs I think.
This game was exclusive to italians in the west
Hoy en dia seria problematico
Com s'ha de veure, evidentment
>Yu Yu Hakusho ending 3 català
Així es parla, joder
You are not special
I was also watching sailor moon every morning in like 1991
Do you guys actually use usted instead of tu? It's always seemed so unnecessary to me.
When they first started.
Shit was weird at the beginning and they had 24 hours to fill.
That's a formal word. For bussiness, strangers...
It gets a movie every year i think, they just need a lot of time to get brought here, but with the death of his creator years ago i think its no surprise that is kinda dying out
The relationship between Shin chan and Spain is so big that the actual Spanish localizer (MArc Bernabé) appears as a side character in some of the specials and takes a role in the episode's plot.
Only to lowkey insult someone or joke.
>this thread
Ei Fly. Saps què és fer "xof-xof"?
Unless you're canarian you shouldn't have any reason to say ud.
Just a couple years ago they were airing both Shin Chan and the original Dragon Ball in Catalonia. Now we only get Conan. God I miss 3XL
NOBITA-KUN
youtube.com
The ending of this movie made me cry the hardest i ever cried with an animation film, how the fuck is it even possible?
Is this the spaniard boomer thread?
Try to out boom me
I watched this as a kid
youtube.com
Weebs didn’t like how liberal they were with the dub. But honestly funimation did a great job making it funny
Ah, that's the last movie in the series I'd genuinely call good. Great ending sequence animated by the big boys. If you didn't notice, it's the last one they made on an analogical format, they switched to digital in the next, so they kinda wrapped the theme around that.
Am I the only one who thinks Shin Chan went to shit when they moved here with all those literally whos?
Is there a videogame character who can defeat Megazero?
But I'm not talking about first episodes Pre-Ruïnosa MegaZero, no, I mean The end of Super 3 Megazero with full corruption powers and never expanding bodymass.
yonro is Yea Forums incarnated
Wait are you serious? I know Shin chan was pretty popular here in Spain, but I thought it was the same all over the world.
>Americans will never enjoy real Shin-Chan
>Americans will never enjoy Doraemon

>Shin chan's mom only has like one good doujin
Why?
The ending of the one were Shin Chan and his family travel to feudal Japan was kino
Yeah perdonen
You're forgetting the best show that aired here for no reason: KOCHIKAME.
Oh fuck, i remember that shit too, that scene in the last episode with Rei, Asuka and Minato naked was a rude awakening for my infant penis, didnt understand shit but Evangelion as a little kid was fun
No onions gordo...
>literally whos
fuck off
>tfw you realize Tsubaki hasn't come back cause she actually was a character inside the film
On the other hand, they also didn't have to suffer through Utena or those drama animes that 3XL aired sometimes that were a complete drought.
fuck the filter didn't even occur to me
All Shin Chan movies are good.
How the manga ended?
>As Bolas Máxicas
youtube.com
>portazo
>falsotortazo
lmao no
The Shinchan anime always have famous animators working on them.
Even the TV show regulars are some of the best animators in Japan.
Was original Kinnikuman Spanish-dubbed?
>ooh, I wonder what this new publishing house is going to license, KODAI is the name

I have most of them on DVD, I don't think I could choose a favorite one but if I had to I'd say the bolas perdidas or perdidos en la jungla
Fuck no, 3 Minutes to Save the World is terrible. Yakiniku Road, also.
2008 times or something like that.
Cuatro had a night slot with anime like Samurai Champloo, MonteCristo and others. They did a documentary about GONZO too which made me kek because they talked about GONZO producing high quality anime.
La Sexta aired porn at nights and YYH and the mornings.
Anime dub industry in Spain is mostly on Catacucknia so Mediapro put those there for filling slots at cheap price
An elder god tier character right here.
Funniest scenes and the guy was such a bro.
>when your country finally makes a good dub
it just ended.
A new series took his place
Utena has an entire English fansite that was popular in the 2000s.
Utena is brilliant shut up. Unless the catalan dub was bad, that is.
>tfw watching dr slump, kochikame or ranma before heading back to school at 3pm and detective conan before dinner
Bobobo is the most "Dub carried" show I can think off. All scenes and jokes fall flat if any of the deliveries isn't good enough.
thank god the dub was great.
>yfw Jordi Pujol was a weeaboo all along and dubbed everything at catalá to make his countrymen nationalist and weeaboos at same time
KyoAni is still doing inbetween and digital paint occasionally on the show. (the latest they worked on was episode 1000 aired in June)
In fact, Shinchan is the only non-KyoAni anime they've worked on since Haruhi.
Some said KyoAno used the show to train young animators.
I like Shin Chan and Bobobo's spanish dubs a lot, they ooze personality and are funny as fuck.
Wow, that's cool. Didn't know.
One of the few cases where I prefer the spanish dub rather than the catalan one
>por el poder del cabello nasaal
This, also in the mid-00s anime finally got popular in the US and there were something like 20 channels with competing anime blocks, toonami/Adult Swim being the most successful. Some were really surprising too, there was a time when Project A-Ko, Ghost Stories, and Cromartie High School were all playing on American TV.
What do you mean you haven't watched the original Pokemon anime in catalan, user? youtu.be
>femme fatale that is able to take out a bunch of guys because of her superior skill but has trouble dealing with the damage dealt by inherently more powerful opponents
How has this anime have a better portrayal of a femme fatale than anything in Western history?
As a non-english speaker I can say the dub of Cromartie is the only good one you guys have. But jesus, it IS a good fucking dub.
>that weird guy deep in his thirties that still sometimes hums CCS and Doremi OPs
Jaja what a creep
Based Atari knew that the real market for animay IPs was in Latin America, so that's probably why it was only released in Spain and not for the whole europe.
She's so hot
Bobobros why did they have to stop broadcasting it? It wasn't fair
what about this
youtube.com
There are a few that I think were good, Cowboy Bebop and Baccano immediately come to mind, but overall yeah our dubbing industry is shit and Cromartie was a miracle.
PIRIKA PIRILALA
No shame user, Doremi is GREAT
Kino as fuck.
Pirica pirilala pupurina papalatouch my balls you nigger.
Doremi is great.
>We Spaniards can peacedully discuss regional dubs and understand that while all of them are great, despite some faults here and there, it's normal for someone to prefer the one they grew up with

>Turn TV on at 14:30 during late 90s/early 00s

Tears of joy
Oh boy, this shit made me lose my shit day after day. Like, every episode was pure gold for my 12-13 years old me.
10/10 - Will never rewatch it so I'll never change my mind about the show.
I completely forgot about Charlie Sheen's dub actor
Dont fucking jinkx it
I used to find this show so funny, rewatching it as an adult and its not funny at all, oh well
How many years has it been since they have not aired Heidi man? Who's gonna educate the kids?
>Alfonso Vallés is Archer in the rare F/SN Spanish Dub

>come back from school
>turn tv at 18:00 during late 90s/early 00s

What the fuck was wrong with me?
I can't imagine a Spain in which not literally everyone has watched Heidi.
>tacos have been able to watch and comprehend original Kinnikuman for years while the English sub remains not even halfway complete
no shit, they don't air good stuff anymore
oh god I am hearing their voices again help
For the longest time I thought "Chopi y la Princesa" because od the intro's lyrics. Can't outboom you but we can tie, me watching this series is one of my earliest memories.

When did it all went wrong? How we ended like this?
>mfw Dengakuman said on an episode that it was the final episode out of nowhere

I blame Youtube, kids don't watch TV anymore
Do any of you remember a show about Odisseus that wasn't anime (I think) but was mildly entertaining? The ending always had the cyclops but I never got to that episode and I can't remember what the show's name is.
I blame Telecirco
>Telecinco airing City Hunter and Lupin the Third
>Antena 3 airing Mazinger Z, Captain Tsubasa and Dragon Ball at the mornings
>Canal 2 Andalucía airing Evangelion at Cowboy Bebop and Bakabon at the afternoons
What went so fucking wrong guys
The internet happened
And anime stopped being cheap as fuck to buy to those nips that thought it was completely worthless
Remember Marmalade Boy en la 2?
Boy that incest part didn't give a fetish or anything.
Fucking soujos sneaking around cause of no ecchi.
I prefer the live action adaptation

>action bastard isn't real
it hurts bros
I had an entire clique in school of anime fans that were talking about the latest airing of Conan. We lost our shit when it was cut.
We really didn't, out of those three shows mentioned it was most definitely the one that gained the most traction, with Lupin close behind. IIRC it got canned because AS didn't want to buy more episodes and they kept rerunning the first 30 or so, which caused people to lose interest.
>KOCHIKAME
the fucking reason to watch these animes were the fucking dub, Bobobo in spanish was amazing
They also hated Doraemon. I was compiling some anime history and found this
Doraemon
>Turner Broadcasting System bought the rights to the Doraemon anime series in the mid-1980s for a English-language release in the United States, but cancelled it without explanation before broadcasting any episodes
>en.wikipedia.org
Doraemon '73
>The very first attempt to adapt Doraemon to television had actually occurred in 1973, with a series produced by a company named NTV Video (previously known under the names of Japan Broadcast Film, and Tokyo TV Movie). It aired on the (unrelated) NTV network. The series was broadcast from April 1st, 1973 until September 30th, 1973, for 26 episodes. Each consisted of 2 segments, making the series 52 shorts in total.
>While the series did well in the ratings and was considered to be extended for another year, it, unfortunately, encountered budget issues during its run, compounded by financial problems that the studio had, as well as the president of NTV Video abruptly resigning during the television run. The new president appeared to not regard the anime very highly, while the financial issues lead to the studio going bankrupt and being dissolved. Many of the staff that worked on the show wound up unpaid for their efforts due to this.
>lostmediaarchive.wikia.com
I don't agree. Kochikame is great through and through. I will agree the spanish opening is fantastic.
That doesn't really sound like Americans hating Doraemon so much as the show getting fucked over for technical reasons.
Didn’t this come out in Korea on a DVD player that was also a console with like 5 other games?

It's over mate the old voice actors were so much better than the actual ones that's not even funny
Behold, the most kino anime opening there is in spanish. You know which one I'm talking about, right user?
>No mention of the expose
I think they did a great job with the new characters all of them had soul
All "I'm a little bitch boy but I have a fucking ex machina" sucked.
I still want to beat the shit out of Noobita.
The haunted doll episode and the school with the stone statues of Shin Chan are by far tye best horror episodes ive seen in any anime or cartoon EVER, as a kid ot was legit terrifying and as an adult still gives me the creeps.
Its fucking amazing to me how a fucking show about a pervert kid wiping out his dick all the time managed to outmatch drama and horror cartoons even when they were legit trying
TROMPA, TROMPA
I think the thread has watched the actual Shin Chan show instead of that. That's also the usual mismatched word running gag in Shin Chan so I have no idea why the video's making such a big deal out of it.

The Galician one was better. (In my opinion).
Political discussion making more money than art and localization. Seriously, the times where there where more animes airin in Spain where the times there was not that many political polemics.
But I do not understand the investors either, ALL YOUTUBE LOVES ANIME, A big part of Instagram also likes it, Netflix has some animes, THE "SALON DEL MANGA" BEATS RECORDS EVERY YEAR: The zoomers loves anime, and tv guys either hates anime for whatever reason or they are way to much busy taking drugs all day
the dubs carried so hard some generic animes

Hey Spaniards, why y'all hate Mexicans?

It was probably the use of comedy characters on a new setting totally alien to the usual.
That and the music/sound/voices.
Goddamn when did they sound like they were suffering.
We don't
Because they post "onda vital lobezno a todo gas" in every Spanish dub video on Youtube

We hate niggers, sandniggers gypsies, germans, frenchs and portuguese over mexicans
mexicans are liked here by almost everybody
I have this game, but im from spain
name a better anime I dare you
BANDOLERO BANDOLERO
Wrong, Spain used that song for Captain Tsubasa. Lupin aired first in Italy in Mediaset and Berlusconi bring the anime shows to the Mediaset spanish channel. Same with City Hunter.
And it fucking shows. DBZ was a mess in that regard.
>take government funds to make animation
>the best you can come up with is Don Quijote Gypsy edition
PORQUE MI VIDA YO LA PREFIERO A VIVIR ASÍÍÍ
Do they still show animations on weekends in the morning?
Or is only on boing clan and disney channel now?
>When they aired the French opening for the entirety of the Cell arc
What did Ibañez mean by this?
Please tell me there are more between us that watched this shit back in the day in Fox Kids
I actually liked
That was the exception, DB used the infamous big green dub, that's were Onda Vital, Super Guerreros and all the other mistakes come from.
>Those late 80s and 90s when Europe National TV Channels co-produced anime with Japan companies producing high quality products, from Italy with Sherlock Hound to France with Ulysses 31, even a country like Holland produced Alfred J. Kwak
I
WANT
TO
GO
BACK
Did they bring Chicho Terremoto too? if so, thanks Italy
Talking shit about the competition.
I watched it on Canal 2 Andalucia, it aired a lot of good anime.
I just got a flashback after seeing that I liked too
Weird, el Super is a big manchildren
ITT we pretend as if fairly mainstream retro anime was only enjoyed in our country even though they were relatively famous around the world
Shin-chan isn't obscure you retards. Even the most oblivious normie knows it exists.
He doesnt like asians very much
Oh shit, might rewatch it again
Yes, early DB was a mess, they took stuff from too many sources, from big green dub, to french openings, it was a disaster.
These two cunts gave me plenty of nightmares back when i was a kid
We don't, is them that hate us because their government keeps telling them that we "stole their gold" even thought it was the British.
Retarded stuff, anyone that have a little brain, no matter if is Mexican or Spanish, don't hate the other.
Why is Shin-chan so popular over here as opposed to everywhere else, anyway?
Yes, they did. All 90s Telecinco aired anime were at Italy first.
HAS OÍDO HABLAR
DE LA RANA AFRO
>Delfy
>Not Fruittis
Willy Fog, Dartacan, Heidi, Marco these two were the first animes were Hayao Miyazaki worked
Well he did live in Barcelona during the 2000 there was a massive influx of assians back then.
For us is like they don't even exist but they're eternally seething about us
Speaking of Dragon Ball, why the fuck did they change Vegeta's voice actor for Super Broly movie? I understand using a new Goku, that faggot has a many voices actors as Cuéntame has seasons, but Vegeta?
W H Y
H
Y
As a non-català speaker it sounds like the bastars child of Spanish and French.
And Jesús Gil y tal y tal?
Never watched those episodes. Do you have a link?
Same reason Rose of Versailles is wildly popular in Italy or Heidi/Marco was watched by everyone and their dog here. Good shows with a decent timetable brought people in.
FUCK
That thing was hidden deep in my brain for 25+ years
I dont know if I should thank you
Bandolero OP was something else, man
Please tell me that there were monster fusions in Flint the Time Detective, I've been looking for an anime I vaguely remember where people could summon monsters from pins and fuse them.
It was South Park lite so parents could let their kids watching it
You can find quite a bunch of them on youtube
Accurate
The 80s horror music and the weird camera shots really added to the experience, it felt so fucking weird compared to the usual episodes
Why do 3rd worlders love anime so much?
>thread starts about how an anime game was exclusive to spain
>people start talking about how the anime was son influential in spain
>thread devolves into spaniards talking about anime and anime culture in spain
>devolves further into boomer territory with 90s cartoons an anime
Beyblade? Man I remember watching it and going "estan jugando con putos trompos, putos japoneses flipaos."
What else is there to do? Unemployment rate is like 40%
I don't remember monster fusions in Flint, but then again I don't remember almost anything about that show.
Everyone here loves mexicans because of molotov.
Currently the best thread in the entire board desu
Same reason anyone likes anime. To escape their shitty life.
Willy Fog and Dartacan were Spain and Japan co-production too, but i think Miyazaki wasn't working at those. It's more relevant that Isao Takahata was the director of Marco and Miyazaki directed 4 episodes of Sherlock Hound (The submarine one, the thief little girl one, the one with the planes and the other were Moriarty kidnaps Mrs Hudson (Showing what Miyazaki likes, lolis and planes, he and Miyazaki worked at Nippon Animation Co.
No, Beyblade was about kids larping while playing with spinning tops. The gba game is really good, though.
Relevant again
No, Flint was that anime where his weapon was his father and the villain used some sort of stamp to mind control the character of the day.
>Americans lupin the third
How's that possible?
After all these years, I can use all my anime boomer trivia in Yea Forums.
I don't know which country was Montana from but the goddamn opening had me creaming my pants every day.
Probably also made me somewhat furry.
youtube.com
Was Filemon a incel?
They thought they had to watch Lupin and Lupin the Second before and dropped it.
Maybe mix maxter?
Post some Spanish cringe-core.
He really had no game at all.
Dude didn't even try with the office hottie.

YO SÍ ONIONS UN MACARRÓN
what the fuck morta, you have a superior white woman like ofelia and you after some chink skank?
MAFIOSO
Based Sherlock Hound/Indiana Jones ripoff, watched it a lot in Canal 2 Andalucía.
Manolito Gafotas.
Probably the worst fucking thing this country has ever produced.
Jk it was based
Guys, guys. Remember Medabots?
Oh god
How did that thing even got movies, must have been corruption and mamoneos
god, this dub was so fucking good
Isn't it more of a gypsy Robin Hood?
Even Yea Forums at large knows about this thing
Oh shit, I didn't remember them being cards but that's fucking it. I've been looking for it for so long, thanks.
Based.
Elvira Lindo had really good tits and she's a leftie.
Evangelion in canal dos andalucia during hot evenings shaped my identity.
Also that anime Arc The Lad.
And I didn't like Cowboy Bebop at first.
At same level as Torrente and Torero simulator video games... Commandos on sucide watch.
Yes. I even bought the Rokusho version of Medabots, while my brother bought the Metabee one.
Some big e-celeb played it, right?
Went to Spain in 2003 to see my family on my father's side. Only lasted a day cause my father married a white/Native American women and we ended up looking like Mexicans. We don't even have family in Mexico, ever. Anyways, people in Spain were pretty unkind to us.
More like an animated Curro Jimenez.
Nobody can't top this:
Trigun at Localia TV
>medabots season 2
Before the internet we were savages, still are a little.
Now we are too pussyfied.
Medabots and Zatch Bell were both kino Fox Kids/Jetix-core. I even had the GBA games
We don't talk about season 2
>shinchan on Yea Forums
oh damn this reminds me to follow it again
havent read all the chapters yet
is Anime better than manga?
>Dartacan were Spain and Japan co-production too
What if I told you that's a lie made by Claudio Biern Boyd. D'Artacán was a typical Nippon Animation production and the dude bought the rights to it and claimed he was the creator for no reason.
He also claims that his company wrote/storyboarded and made the designs for Willy Fog, which is ludicrous since there's no staff of the sort for that show, claiming that all the creative stuff was made by him instead of Nippon Fucking Animation. The studio that made Heidi and Anne of the Green Gable. Dude just feeds on racism to pretend he's the spanish Walt Disney.
>Zatch Bell
My brother in arms
Fran Perea looked way too old for the character he was playing.
Also the producers were a bunch of pedophiles
Dan "a toda mecha voy a toda mecha no te hagas la estrecha" Schneider
I watched it during last christmas and it still fucked my single ass up, i just wanted to have a good time for a bit, not get severe depression
The credits with shinchan and tsubaki dancing are a stab right to the heart, fuck those who made it
EY EY VEN A BAILAR
BOING BOING
I like the Anime A LOT, but don't watch the bastardized USA version
fucking bobobo will always be 10/10 absurdism
also best anime ending ever

Tengo muchos recuerdos de la ciudad; los cafés, la música, el amor... y la muerte.
>Better anime thread on Yea Forums than on Yea Forums.
The fuck.
I have the manga, Kanchome ends up being amazing.
Was Hiroshi based?
OK
THIS IS BASED
Someone here remembers this piece of kino?
yeah i know the sub version must be better. stopped reading the manga back in highschool for some reason now its time to binge watch the anime
im surprised how many movies there are
It's wall a dream Moncho. A DREAM.
The point is that Nobita was so dumb and lazy the deux ex machinas always backfired. The point of the series is about watching how he fucks up and it's masterfully done
its funny that shinchan keeps talking how big his father's dick is
truly based
He really had to give his son a couple of ostias.
I mean i love shinchan but sotimes...
I remember loving the shit out of this anime when it aired on Buzz. That and Desert Punk.
Extremely fucking based.
Hiroshi was fun way back, nowadays is relatable.
Also Robot Dad is a fucking top tier movie
I definitely remember it being super weird.
The American version is an "adult dub" with sex jokes and shit
Shin-chan movies are great for the most part
He's pretty okay, but the principal is the superior character.
Yeah but still, maybe because i looked like Gigante when i was a kid but i fucking aborred Nobita.
Dude was the fucking definition of an incel no fucking jokes about it, dude wanted the girl but was too much of a pussy to work for it.
Same voice as Goku in catalá
Oh shit, I think I saw this once. I remember that fairy thing.
That dub was directed by Jaime Roca, the legend behind Bobobo and One Piece in Spanish (also the voice of Jester, Don Patch and Luffy).
MA

SO
I can imagine the average age of the posters in this thread is at least twice as much as any thread on Yea Forums right.
meant for
Feel ya, bro. The Shin Chan movies were something else, nothing to see with the series
Also,
>youtu.be
;-;
Bobobo and Juno are pretty much the only things I would watch in Spanish.
Pretty much anything Spain has ever made is cringe-core.
Localia also aired masterpieces like Serial Experiments Lain, Planetes, and Mushi-shi.
Shin chan waifus make me dick hyper hard
Sometimes I keep thinking about what shows could be added in Super3/3xl nowadays but everything is quite garbage. Maybe I'd save JoJo, BNHA and Dr. Stone
pulsa F
the dub in my country was so fucking good
>watch it on sunday
>talk about it non stop on monday
good time
I didn't watch it, but I remember my older brothers doing it.
Desert Punk was great until those last 2 episodes.
Bobobo's voice is fucking perfect in Spanish. Overall the dub has a ton of personality, they did a good job.
that explain why was soo good then
>Localia died 10 years ago
not fucking fair
>Yea Forums won't talk about retro anime
>if it's not mecha related it can't be talked about on /m/
WHERE DO WE TALK ABOUT RETRO ANIME?
and the dub is amazing
they titlesong got sung by a somewhat popular band at that time
youtube.com
The books were actually kind of well known.
This one was pure kino.
MY FUCKING DICK
Holy shit based
This image is so 2000's it hurts
We need /ar/. I almost never go to Yea Forums because I rarely watch current anime
Arent there 90s anime generals on Yea Forums like once a month or so
Had the El club de los pies sucios (Dirty Feet Club) gifted when i was a kid.
They fucking celebrated mediocrity for christh sake. Thinking about it it was probably fetish stuff too.
I wish Americans weren't so fucking uptight about anime comedies on TV slots.
It's all dull shonen shit in the US.
These lads' movie was pretty comfy too.
Yea Forums - Vintage Anime

Wasn't Minky Momo untranslated? I've read about the show, but never gotten around to seek it.
Don't make me this, ive already remembered too much.
Shin Chan movies are weird, there is a bunch of pretty bad ones in the middle, but theres still a couple of new ones that are pretty good
Do you remember that anime about a redhead detective sax player? I have a vague chilhood memory
Bless this film
ONDA VITAL LOBEZNO A TODO GAS
I have keep saying this for years and everybody tells me that "Yea Forums is too slow it's no need it".
But yes, we need it. Yea Forums is just /ag/ nowdays.
MUH
Man i remember having all of the bonner for the girl at the time.
Probably why people of my generation even watched this shit.
It was really popular here in Portugal too
>No glorious jacket pattern
I'll pass
how is the principal called in the spain?
in the german dub hes called don corrleone and he always makes remarks about having been in the mafia and stuff
Bruno Diaz and el Guason con Guepardo
>not even a new ip
stop acting like a youtube retard
No. Plenty of retro anime threads on Yea Forums
Plus anime discussions are slow nowadays
On the topic of Mortadelo, there is this girl in Twitter who is making a sequel or something like that
Her name was xocolina I think
>have to go to Yea Forums to talk about retro anime with the boys
Gentlemen, it has been an honor discussing real anime with you guys.
Anyone else remembers motherfucking Shinzo?
This scene is a masterpiece
Mafioso.
Mafioso. However, he doesn't even talk about ever being yakuza.
Metal Gear Solid, Grim Fandango
>still no Fox Kids collectathon
youtube.com
>how is the principal called in the spain?
Mafioso
I got you covered.
if you had those devices you will get lazy af too. That was the point
ONIONS CALICO ELECTRONICO
>Kizaru is based on a famous Japanese actor who made Yakuza movies
Checks out
Shin-chan just calls him Mafioso in Spanish. It's essentially the same gag.
>Not watching it for based Santi & Fiti
What the hell happened in Season 2? Why was everything so different and some characters were completely absent?
Tito calipo
Simba Junior Goes to the World Cup? Now THAT'S a tv show!
I have this shits stored somewhere, specially the first and last in the 3rd column
u wot m8
A sequel to what?
Imo the Spanish dub for Assassin's Creed II is really great.
>Ash Ketchum as Sora
It was so weird.
Anyone remember Secret of Akko-Chan?
They were kids. Who has the time to be hypercompetitive when you are 10 years old.
Now you have these anxiety ridden millenials that were drugged up as kids because of that.
I hate to admit that I watched this and I liked it
He was surprised that anyone liked that fucking garbage in the first place
>it's a Chiquito de la Calzada episode
youtube.com
Is that a motherfucking Lion King x Bambi crossover. It already looks better than the original movie.
age of pirates
That was the point. Los Serrano was a huge success because every character appealed to a kind of public. Dads like to self-insert as Diego/Santi/Fiti and girls like to relate to Tete or Eva
La Ley de Ueki en Canal 2 Andalucia, seguido de Cosas de Locos
Eso sí que era la polla
>spanish dub
>galician dub
>vasque dub
>valencian dub
>catalan dub
and the last two are the same language,
they dubbed it twice because of some few differences between catalan and valencian
here you have the same opening in all "spanish " dubs
youtube.com
since all catalan/valencian speakers know spanish, and there's also a latino spanish dub made by latin american countries, we can watch shin chan in 4 dubs lmao.
I love you man
This shaped my taste in women later in life
>The tits and ass shot in the opening to my 8 years old brain
Who here watched this kino on Punt 2?
Here you go retards, have a laugh youtube.com
The endings were pretty weird but based
That feel when you heard the opening as a kid and got so pumped you wanted to go play football and do the catapulta.
Also all the memes and math about of fucking long the field was.
>it's a Chiquito de la Calzada episode
Every game translated by Nintendo Spain.
You shut your whore mouth. Shin Chan is CLASSIC.
That's like early 60s shit what are you talking about?
I was stupidly happy with the show because Spain ended like the 4th at the tournament or something, when we didn't win anything as national team football irl.
This scene gives me the chills.
youtube.com
>assPain cope
Why did Spain get so much anime anyway?
It's Sima makes an Africa soccer team to play in the Animal Soccer World Cup
fuck you and fuck your virreinato
Is it really 60, I don't know its 60s.
Good thread, see you another time
FAT loli thighs
My fucking god
Why did the opening made me cry like a bitch
Theres something unresolved here.
I did, and tried to find the dub, but I found NOTHING, not even the Japanese raws.
It actually had several different animes, he's probably talking about the 80s or 90s version.
>that one movie with adult Himawari in it
muh
i had it (in italian) on a r4

Yeah but the fucking cat went back in time because without him the kid was going to be full neet and do nothing with his life.
It was a fucking paradox.

Ah, confused it with Sally the Witch. I don't remember this show at all.
Isao Takahata's Heidi.
Which one? I think I haven't watched any past el chuletón imposible.

I dunno, but i sure as hell wasn't complaining.
Probably the hot thing at the time

Ok, so question, was "Super Cerdita" an actual anime or I just some fucking weird ass dream I had?
Fun fact, the animator who did this later directed the animation for Mind Game.
Is thios the thread about anime that was only popular in your region?
No, it's real. I watched it as well.
Anyone remembers an anime or a cartoon about a red and yellow hedgehog who was friends with a pink alligator with a red bow? It's the only thing I remember about it. Which was its name?
It's really a classic and obscure anime and really enjoyable watching the girl transform into other people and I dont remember if she was able to turn into an animal or not.
That was an easy Google search.
Movie 18: Super-Dimension! The Storm Called My Bride
She turned into a cat and other animals quite often. The very premise itself is fetish fuel if you think about it.
May be. may be.
Its not the episode of shin chan about his oc pig pirate right?
Shin Chan y la Novia del futuro, pretty fucking based,
Le llamaban Shin Chan, Shin Chan y la espada de oro and Papá Robot are also pretty kino, check them out

EXCELLENT DESIGN
Based Masaaki Yuasa. Some top tier anime directors started in similar shows, Mamoru Hosoda did Digimon stuff before he got big.
Aw fuck english, my primer contacto con anime adulto, y por adulto me refiero a la aparición de tetas, fue comprar en un kiosko un pack con Ghost in The Shell y Street Fighter II en VHS.
I never knew there were so many different dialects/languages in Spain. It's interesting seeing how the languages differ, especially since I grew up learning Dominican spanish.
Thread soon will be over. It's been a pleasure lads, literally the best thread on Yea Forums right now. Don't fuck it up by making another one.
What a weird art style. Looks like a mix of retro anime and 80s/90s American animation.
Some time ago a song fragment got stuck on my head which I can't for the life of me remember what was it from other than it being some Spanish dub anime. I think it might be Shinchan but I'm not sure.
It went something like "Vamos, cielo, hazme feliz. Que dure nuestro amor así por siempre". Does anyone know what that is from?
Don't tempt me.
The opening song is really well sung, fuck
Sueyoshi and Yuasa used to have the absolute BEST scenes of any Shin Chan movie. For example, Sueyoshi did the laxative scene in Operación Rescate, while Yuasa directed the whole Cerdito Valiente trailer about blowing up the world in that movie. It's really easy to find Yuasa's animation in Shin Chan movies, he always has the best spot. For example, the bicycle scene in Chuletón Imposible? His.
´The ending was fucking kino, dude
Sorry guys, best anime coming through
Original Dragon ball castillian ending song?
I remember the Galician one was sappy as fuck.
In others regions of Europa they just erased all their languages
Bokura no War Game and Summer Wars, despite being basically the same movie, are both amazing.
That's not los Fruitis.
Fuck me man, this shit wrecks me every time
>adult Himawari
Feeling generous because of this magnificent thread. Here's the first 9 episodes.
vimeo.com
Spain decided to accept different languages in their regions (Same in south american with indigenous languages), instead of killing them all as the English did.
Looks like the english were right, fuck catholic humanism and culture respect.
Honestly it's fucking bullshit that the emotional moment in Adults Strike Back was with Hiroshi and not with Misae.
First Digimon OVA was his best work imo
It's a italian-japanese coproduction
Hiroshi is the most relatable of the two for the majority male audience
Yo, thanks.
Hiroshi deserved it more, he had a hard life
I really liked shin chan but some of those episodes hit a little too close to home.
>30 yrs old married and working a dead end job
>have a energetic 5 yr old and a 1 year old ginger girl who alternates between demon and angel
>spent a couple years living in a leaky shithole after some seriously unfortunate events
>wifes parents super conservative and judgmental
Just replace the Japanese culture memes with American ones and I'm Hero
No, I don't that's it, wasn't that big into Dragon Ball when I was a kid.
Hey at least he got a hot wife.
Misae was a straight up Milf.
The galician endings of Dragon Ball GT were all pretty good, i dont care if the show was dogshit
How old was Misae's anyway? 26? 28?
They constantly made fun of her big ass, but it was one of her best features
>tfw was cleaning my room and found a pic with the autographs of petri, noti and that redhead chick that my parents gave me two decades ago

Animation is a little poor, but what the fuck is up with all the Dezaki-isms? Shit looks great.
>Director worked on 10 episodes of Rose of Versailles
Oh well, downloading.
I remember posting this on a spanish Yea Forums thread years ago.
>mom calls me because she found stuff from when I was a child
>go back to parents house to check it out
>it's mostly old magazines
>some of them are porn
>one stands out like a sore thumb
>it's a fucking spanish translated doujin I bought on some holidays were I had nothing to masturbate to besides lingerie models from supermarket catalogs
It was a blast from he past to find this shit, and I decided to keep it as a memento of my teens horniness.
>still listing the cost in pesetas
>only 2 euros
Holy shit. Officially translated hentai is incredibly rare. I wonder if there's a repository of whatever many they exist.
Those were the times, also:
>New one piece episodes kept coming constantly
Oh yeah add that too the list. My wife could be a dancer and would still have hueg hips that i love to nom on
I remember that cuatro aired a show about weeb stuff in the early 2000s, probably wouldn't have discovered anime if I hadn't watched it.
>suddenly stop before Skypiea
>release Skypiea years later
>hiatus lasting uncountable years
>release up to Water 7
>stop again, this time forever and ever
Fucking hell, man. Despite the galleta galleta metralleta memes, I think the One Piece dub is superb and the man behind the localization (Luffy's VA) is a genius.
You better upload that stuff to the panda my dude.
HOLY SHIT AKIO SUGINO WORKED ON THIS
