Isn't PCB supposed a lot easier? I find Keine and Marisa/Reimu stomp my shit in on a regular basis, while with PCB the only bosses that gave me trouble were Yuyuko and Youmu.

The slow-mo wasn't really the issue, it was more of the fact that you could easily end up in front of a barrage of bullets without a path to go through. In fact, I'd say for the spellcard where she cuts the orbs, turning them into hundreds of bullets, the slow-mo doesn't kick in enough.
