Dark Souls 2 was originally going to partner with Sierra Mist for an Enter the Mist Sweepstakes. The name of the sweepstakes was a reference to the prompt you get for entering the mist gates, which are renamed fog gates in Dark Souls 2.
Part of the partnership was an ingame item called Amana Mist, a consumable that would restore HP and spell uses. It was normally going to be a rare late game item, but would be claimable from Cale's chest in Majula every time you entered a code from a bottle of Sierra Mist.
The partnership was scrapped and the Amana Mist item was reworked into Crimson Water, which still drop from the Amana witches.

Oh yeah, there's also Kemonocraft or Japaricraft, whichever it's called now. It's especially great if you're a Kemonochad. The downside is the author won't fucking port it to 1.7.10. That one mod that let's you design intricate clothing and clothing accessories is fun too, it includes a bunch of anime stuff by default like Madoka's costume.
