Im 100% there is no hope for characters that are currently in the game only as spirits.
I've given up long ago and think people should too because it ruins threads where people talk about possible DLC characters for the last 2 spots.

I want Geno too but I don't see him coming unless we have more than 1 smash pass, or he is released separately like Piranha Plant. Also Geno isn't much of a icon, I have seen him getting more popular recently though and could see him being liked as much as Banjo and K Rool. I think he could come but I don't see it if we only have 1 pass. The next DLC is SNK and I think the last one is probably Doom Guy or a Indie rep. So our chances are pretty low right now.
