Remnant: From the Ashes

I've only played for 2 hours but it's pretty fun so far, there's some cool looking armor, the guns have a nice punch to them, lots of awkward dialogue
The first (and only so far) boss I fought took me like 5 tries and I mostly died due to adds so not sure if isn't right about that though that one was just a stronger version of a normal enemy

I'll keep playing because it's enjoyable enough

adds are for the sake of ammo drops. Boss fights are surprisingly varied and have multiple ways of taking them down for different items.

Don’t listen to these guys - if you enjoy Souls games and TPS you will have fun with this.

I expected jank because of the AA pricing but it’s a solid game.

I’m not sure if you aren’t used to fighting bosses in shooters or just shit at games in general but that’s not really true and subjective at best

It's pretty fun, got about 50 hours out of it. Now just waiting on devs to release more content.

It's decent so far to fill the void before other games come out. Probably wouldn't have gotten it if Astral Chain had been out, but I'm stuck with Remnant for now.

As far as being worth $40? It depends. How poor are you? I'm not really sure how long the game will end up being or what sort of replayability it has, but I'm guessing short and not much.

It's a decent enough game to kill time, but I'm hoping Greedfall and Outer Worlds will be way better.

This right here is my only complaint. There are a few fights that dont have them but god damn. Now that the crashes are fixed I would suggest just playing it co-op with a friend.

Don't know what you're implying here when every boss fight is the same. The only vaguely interesting encounter so far was the Maneater clone.

Shooting feels alright but that's about the only solid feature in this game. Everything else just operates at a low and inoffensive hum.
