I will never understand why this cover is so well-liked. Is it just because the other covers are so shit? The art is incredibly basic and rough, and it barely represents the actual look and feel of the game, its aesthetic, or even the gameplay. The only thing accurate is that there's a kid with a stick dragging around a girl.

That one I completely understand, Bioshock was a new IP at the time and a simple logo tells nothing about what the game is like to prospective shoppers who didn’t keep up with the game beforehand. Now Bioshock Infinite, THAT was a tragedy, since it was an established brand by that point.
