Green Greens is pretty much Kirby's theme at this point so I know why they keep using it but yeah it is pretty old.
The main reason why i'm ok with it being in Star Allies so much. Like nearly every song in that soundtrack had Green Green's Leitmotif but it ended up making Void's final boss music feel really grand. It was good for building up to the reveal that what ever Void was, It was related to Kirby.

4:07 is when the final phase plays and 5:40 is when the new section plays. The newly added bit is pretty long for a Kirby game so you'll never hear the full thing or the 8-bit segment ingame, almost as if it was intended to be an easter egg
