Probably Dirt Rally 2.0.

Fuck that noise, what's the best game where I can press brake to drift and rice out some shitbox into superhoodrat status?

most cars or most accurate, you don't get both

whatever your nigger mind buys from the kikes at EA this year, they're all the same

Richard Burns Rally with the latest NGP physics update.

I would say assetto corsa because there are websites where you can get custom cars made by people so there is a huuuuge variety of cars and they're pretty accurate to the real ones.

>nickel and dime simulator
>accurate
nah, the only thing that's better in this physics iteration over DR1 is lateral weight transfer and suspension finally catching jumps without bouncing back into the air a second time. there's still a lot of artificial feelgood bullshit going on under the hood which becomes blatantly obvious when driving in VR. tarmac physics is also still as shitty as it was in the first one.
if you want a proper gravel simulation this guy is right on the money, also has a sheer limitless supply of cars and tracks

rfactor 2 or asscorsa

Ignore these trash recommendations:
Get rFactor 2

asscorsa lol

Gran Turismo 2

I don't know but forza horizon 4 is pretty.

I almost got this but I heard other anons say that all cars have the same engine noise.

Is there any game that will help me learn to drive? I've been dodging getting a drivers licence since high school riding public transport and shit but now that I've graduated university I probably should get it for work and shit.

They do, and it gets worse once you get into tuning because every single fucking car ends up with either the LS V8 or the vacuum-cleaner V12.

iRacing. Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, 2 Formula 1 drivers, use it.

I don't recall the exact name but something like City Driving allows you to drive with simulated traffic and lights. Might be worth checking out

Why do these people feel the need to put their expensive peripherals in their video about a driving game? Is it buyers remorse?

Thanks I will. Also any good cheap wheel controllers?

How the actual fuck does that even happen? That oversight pisses me off and i don't even have interest in these kinds of games

Turn10 and Playground don't give a shit.

>those fucky-ass trees in the distance

Pretty shit you mean.

Dirt Rally 1

based. both are excellent

anime is for losers

if you can still find one the old logitech wingman gp wheels are perfectly servicable and should only set you back like 20-30 bucks

rfactor. its used by racing teams.

iRacing. Literally the closest you can get without actually getting in a car.

Be warned though, its going to be expensive as fuck to get into.

for the most part this is the case, basically any car that's different but uses the same engine has the same sound.

besides potential cost-cutting, there's a roster of about 6 gorillion cars in the game and audio tends to take up a surprising amount of space in games. even still, compared to GT the sounds are better

the series kinda has been doing this for some time though, and the bigger problem at hand is that the sounds are worse than FH3 desu.

>3D rendering background foliage in the far distance while you're driving 140+ km/h
You don't even notice that shit in RBR, where every single tree consists of two sprites overlapping. Absolutely no point in wasting performance
