I didn't like how I could fight all these new enemy types and they just shit on that with a endurance round. The anal sex joke was funny though, since his asshole was so tight, they designed a metaphor with the Bitchin' Terorr Dome. Though it just could have been better somehow, I feel like they could have done something else.

It's just a move towards political correctness, in a game world where over-the-top action is being satirised. You can't have both. It is jarring with the rest of the game's tone; on the one hand you have blood, gore, blunt political jokes, and on the other hand a pretty tame "stronk female" protagonist. It's already one of the things that is a strike against the game.
