Localized Fate/Extra + /Extra CCC pack on PC would be ideal, I'd easily buy Extra again for that.
Offline Fate/Grand Order where it's an actual game and you can play through all the content at your leisure would be shooting for the moon, at least while the existing F/GO is still around. They wouldn't want people spending thousands on the existing F/GO to think they could get their waifu for a mere $60 elsewhere, after all.
