Did you even read what i said? the JP Dio has objectively the best voice performance of any anime villain or character within the decade, it's not because it's nip. it's because of how distinct and how well it's delivered.
and usually, dub turns out good when it's done by a European group, prime example being Xenoblade 1 compared to Xenoblade X, there's some exceptions, but a lot of shows are ruined by cheesy funimation dubs.
