Are you hyped for Final Fantasy VII Remake?

Because to the video game designer, turn based doesn't mean Chess or Worms Armageddon, it means RPG Maker trash. FF7 had awful combat with no tactics to speak of. It's easier to make good real time combat than it is to make good turn based, so the change is welcome.

Love the irony of this, half the Remake shills will use this image to argue for nuTifa's proportions, while the other half will argue that the FMV's were made by an outside studio and not accurate whenever old school Tifa's breasts are brought in to question.

Ehh... What I've seen of the gameplay has alleviated my worries, but I don't see how you can stretch the six hours that Midgar lasted in the original game to a full experience. Aside from that, it doesn't seem like Square has ANY plans going forward, so I strongly suspect the whole remake project is going to end up being a complete goddamn mess that'll take 25 years to finally come out. I'll have to see, but I'm a bit more optimistic about it that I was last year.

The amount of Loveless ads all over the goddamn place in promotional screen shots has me really worried about that. I know the play existed in the original game, but it was just a background bit of world building, and I hope it stays that way.

You could flesh out Loveless without getting gackt involved. While I know people want them to avoid changes to FF7's plot, I doubt many people would care if you decide to redo Crisis Core's story so it's less shit.

Honestly Tifa's breasts were never that large outside of the FMVs. And even then, the remake design makes it obvious that she's got more of a constrained chest than a large bosom. I can't really think of a better place to end anything after Midgar beside's Aerith's death, but if they're stretching Midgar out to a full game, they're not gonna give us 90% of the world map in one installment.
