It's unironically a great character design.

Although I'm a bit biased because I look almost identical to Claude right down to the hair and sideburns. I even own a black leather jacket.

The PS2 GTAs have underrated art design, I love how the character models have a very graphic novel look.

the shotgun and especially the m16 in this game were fucking nuts

free aim in pc version makes it so much easier
I remember not being able to do that cargo ship sniping mission on the ps2 at all but it was a piece of cake on pc
the mission where you have to blow up the plane with the rocket launcher was still annoying though, but the bulletproof hummer made it easier

shit fires insanely fast, seems like it has even quicker firing than the minigun in the other games and destroys vehicles pretty much as quick

I don't think they were thinking at all, looking at the stats it deals 52 damage per shot and fire 30 rounds per seconds, there's no way to escape this.

Vehicles in 3 and VC are made out of paper. The series operated under much more arcadey logic than modern R* games.

The Spas-12 in VC is also extremely good at destroying vehicles quickly.
