There's already doom64 on switch, I played it, it's a great port running at 60fps you just need to hack your console.

I think the game is overrated as fuck tho. Not enough fighting, too much wandering around to find keys, and the same ambient soundtrack play on a loop 24/7. Doom 1=2 > 64.
