I usually go with dub for games because more often than not there are a lot of background/crowd voices and small lines that don't get subtitled because it would fill up the screen too much with text or it's just not worth it but with the dub you essentially get those flavor writings translated for you and it's easier to listen to crowds/background npcs than it is to read them specially when main story characters are talking at you. It also doesn't matter as much for games because gameplay matters more than vo performance.

The original language audio is always superior for stuff like movies and anime, regardless of the language, if only because that's how shit was originally set up. No amount of fucking around with the script nor VA finesse to make shit match the mouths will ever compare.
There are rare few exceptions, like when the original is done by amateurs who sound like shit so that a dub done by pros blows them the fuck out (or a gag dub like Ghost Stories that blows the boring original out), or it's a medium where you don't have to worry about timing and matching movement/mouths so it comes down to whichever is better produced.

This, but for all VA. Waste of funds that could be better spent on literally anything else.

Goku's entire plan was having Cell push Gohan into snapping and unleashing his hidden power. Giving Cell the bean meant Cell was fresh after his fight with Goku, which made him a more powerful opponent which increased the odds of him being a sufficient threat to push Gohan over the threshold. The plan required Gohan and the others to be kept in the dark until the right moment, so everyone's reactions would be genuine, and to prevent Cell from catching on until it was too late.

The difference is the storyboarders don't save their dirty jokes for posterity. How many others besides that rugrats one do you know about? Zero. Because the people who made them had the good sense to destroy them.
