Illusion is a revolving door company. They hire fresh graduates desperate for experience for low pay and then those people leave to work at better paying and more reputable companies and they are replaced with a new round of fresh graduates. That's why their games are always so shitty and perform like crap. It's the only way for this business model to be sustainable. These games don't sell much.

Illusions old game was shit, but at least they where doing it with their own engine and its excusable if you consider their limitation.
Even with that limitation they can create wide variety of games despite being unoptimized shit to hell where you need a fucking super computer to ran it.
Now they got Unity, this engine are flexible as hell. you rarerly see their game ran at shitty frame rate or crash every 5 minutes anymore.
But now all they do just making similar shit instead of trying something new with this new game engine, because they know why the fuck wasting their resource on those thing when they can just flipped their assets and milked the same shit from their customer.

They can even try to upgrade their "Poser games" because now everything was made using the same unity shit, but this doesn't work for them because they got no reason to milk retards with their shitty full price "games" if they updates their old "games"
