How to SAFE your eyes in front of your Screen

The (((opticians))) would NEVER tell you this.
You have to keep these settings permanently so that they can preserve your eyes at all times.

Nice blue light filter ponzi you bought into friend; the only *potential* issue with blue light is disrupting your sleep cycle through lack of melatonin production. Blue light does not fry your eyes.

>Blue light does not fry your eyes.
It does though, they are harmful to the eyes.
I'm talking about the bad artificial blue lights. The natural blue light is good of course.

Or your could just use f.lux, Redshift, or Windows 10's Night Mode to reduce blue light automatically.

Do you know the difference?

All light is artificial. We live in a simulation retard

>How to SAFE your eyes
are you so blind already that you misread "SAVE"?
or are you just ever so slightly illiterate that you would not know that it is "save" instead of "safe"?

then none of the light is artificial or even exists, since all that we "see" is just a stimulation of our visual cortex produced by the simulation.

Any sort of video footage looks like shit past -30% blue.
