I tried making a beat'em up game in Ue4 as a homage to the Streets of Rage series without knowing how to code nor model in 3d. Shortly thereafter Streets of Rage 4 was announced and my wife got pregnant which ultimately killed any chance that idea ever got to come to fruition

I've done music for a vidya game that i have no idea if it's ever actually releasing or not. Working on music for an anons RPG project currently. I need to buy a pre amp so I can start recording guitar again, my old pre amp died.
I wanna make an old school FPS like game, with an average joe metalhead caught up in something way over his head.

It's going along good! I was playing through the demo and realized the game overall was a little too short so I spent today drafting up a small beach section where the playable characters fight a milf rabbit before all 3 are attacked by a tentacle monster.
I got the absolute worst part out of the way already, which was coding enemies, enemy counters and the jail where they get sent to, that was a literal 8 hour day of brainlet coding frustration, but now that it's done, I can do the easy part, which is the art assets, making tilesets is very fast and I already have most of the beach drawn out, now I just need to get the animation of the beach water right but that will take a little more time.
It's crazy that art is actually the easiest part of gamedev, coding is hell.
