I'm starting to feel this kind of graphics showcase games are not for me.
I have RTX 2080 Ti. I do not see ANY difference if I keep Ray Tracing on or OFF and FPS pretty much same as well.
The only thing that seems to make a major difference if I put the Render Resolution to native (DLSS off), this causes a major FPS drop... and the game looks somehow very different.
