I think she's legit going back to being a possibility again, Nintendo's being promoting lots of indies lately, and WF seems to have enough cash to spend on the new Shantae game with the Trigger intro and not requiring funding via kickstarter, they could use some of that money and some in return with Shantae being in smash, and let's be fair, at this point any character that comes in after Banjo is gonna be disappointing for almost everyone since the roster already feels perfect, except for a few important Nintendo characters missing
