I started playing during the last CCC this year.

I rolled Liz as my first servant, who I wanted, because I'm a yurifag and she synergizes with all-girl teams.
On my first two tenpulls, I rolled Melty and Passionlip.
Since then, I've got Sanzang, Squirtoria, Ruler Martha, and Archer Helena, all with having made less than ~10 tenpulls total.

1. the “nasuverse” is simply the fan name for the extended universe of all the Type/Moon works
2. most of the retarded powerlevel stuff (such as what you quoted) is saved for the endgame villains of various Fate stuff, most characters tend to be around the level of the Avengers in terms of abilities. F/SN is an interesting character study about someone who doesn't value his own life and truly believes in being a true hero. You can discard everything else, the only interesting character in all of Fate and all its spin-offs is Shirou.

ORT is basically the bonus boss, he's really, really, really strong and he (and his kind) are not really relevant save for one story set in the far future and in the backstory of Tsukihime.

I remember loving the fucking shit outta Fate Extra. So I grabbed Extella, it wasn't...great. It felt way too shallow and was mainly for fan service. Nothing I enjoyed about extra made it in the game.
Okay whatever, at least that shaft anime is coming out, this is going to be pretty good. It wasn't.

It has a ton of teenage angst which got it a bunch of shonen attention. There's a reason that the franchise is so big, and it's not just because of Saber porn. Some people like the historical aspect but that just seems like a reason to talk about it; even the "accurate" historical characters are still wildly off enough to be annoying to anyone who's familiar with them.

Honestly, a lot of the guys in the franchise are pretty cool. Even the interesting female designs tend to be disappointing with their personalities. Meanwhile, the guys have good designs and a wide range of generally likeable characters, depending on who you like.

It's almost as if they were trying to sell the guys in the franchise based off something more than a static image or two.
