PC doesn't have exclusives because they don't make sense.
Why would Steam need to convince people that a PC is superior? It inherently is.
Exclusives are necessary to convince people to buy weaker, DRM-boxes that do nothing special except play said exclusives.

Ex PC master race here, I only use my gaming pc for mining crypto/watching stuff in UHD, use my ps4 pro for everything else. Its just ridiculous how many great games you can play and not have to worry about upgrading every other year.
