Not much can be done that you can't already imagine. Killing quest givers, stealing quest targets with instacasts, and if you're overlevelled: afking while fighting a quest target is the most you can do.

These quests tend to not be breadcrumbs, especially at that level, and you can skip the quest and grind the equivalent exp literally anywhere in less than 10 minutes.
