How many do you have connected and how many do you regularly use?
>4 >The odd one out is the Xbox. Just got it soft and hardmodded. Still trying to figure out how to install homebrew and backup the eprom since the xbox was the first game console to extensively use encryption
>backup eeprom Should be the first thing the sofdmod installer does. I think it's located in like F: or something.
Alternatively just null the eeprom key
you didn't forget the clock cap, right?
Nathan Collins
Looks like a controller adapter of some kind and an OSSC on top.
Easton Stewart
That tv looks like it'll burn your eyes out

>Not sure whether to spend money soft modding PS2 or get into gunpla
Samuel Sanchez
>white PS3
SOILED IT.
I actually bought a black Sega Sports Dreamcast and re-cased my Wii in black in order to keep my consoles uniform.
Tyler Williams
OSSC connected to it (I’m also using it for the Xbox). It’s basically a very high quality de-interlacer. That weird thing coming out of the control port 1 is the Brook DS2 to DS3/4 adapter, basically a dongle with bluetooth.

>Battlestation >Is just a cheap Ikea piece is furniture
Do you understand now why everyone hates you console faggots?
Jaxson Peterson
3 >Xbone X for everything >PS2 for PS1 and PS2 games >N64 for reliving my childhood. Recently nodded it to play Japanese games just to avoid paying 50 for shit like Mario Party and Mario Kart. I used to have my 360, PS3, Wii, and OG Xbox connected too, but thought they were taking up too much space.
Carter Hernandez
At one point I had a Switch, PS4, PS3, PS2, Wii, Wii U and SNES connected at once, but right now I only have my PS3, Wii and Wii U hooked up. Since I don't have a CRT I don't want to play my older consoles. I can't remember the last time I used any of the consoles that are hooked up to the TV right now.
Jaxson Morris
>connected ps4, wii >regularly use none, sometimes I switch on the ps4 to download demos or beta tests but apart from CoD, none have come up recently.
Aaron Gutierrez
Every console in there except the PS4 is exploited. I’ve spent a lot of time researching the other 3 and goddamn is the xbox annoying as fuck. Mainly due to how it’s hard drive was never meant to be removed and is keyed to the motherboard. Swapping out for a new one is a pain in the ass.
I’ve read FTP is the main way to go for installing games/homebrew. There’re other methods like burning it to a dvd but i don’t have a dvd player and computer with a dvd drive
Isaiah Brown
Doesn't the Xbox have an ethernet port? You should get decent speeds over FTP if your hard drive isn't shit. I get like 25MB/s on my PS3 over FTP.
Chase Robinson
wow. That’s a lot to take in
Andrew Bennett
Eh whatever. I don’t really care about the colour as long as everything’s organised to me
Logan Ward
I like it but 7/10 No point of having the PS1 and GC out when you have a PS2 and Wii also connected
Adam Brooks
Ps4, ps3, ps2 and Wii U are connected to my TV right now but I've only been using my ps4 for the past few months.
Elijah Thomas
Coward. I have a Wii, Xbox, Saturn, PS2, Dreamcast, and N64 hooked up to a CRT. A PS3 and an Xbox 360 hooked up to a 1080p TV. An Xbox One X, a PS4 Pro, Switch dock, and SNES Classic hooked to a 4K TV. At my other house I have a second PS2, a second Dreamcast, and a GameCube hooked up to a 1080p TV and a second Xbox 360, a second PS3, and a Wii U hooked up to my largest 1080p TV.
Sorry, forgot that I have a second Switch dock (where my Switch) is currently housed attached to the third TV and a Taco Bell Platinum Xbox One X hooked up to the last TV.
Noah Young
>measuring dicks by how many consoles you have connected at a time
Cameron Ward
Right now, I only have (left) PS3, X360, PS TV and Switch. Only Switch is connected to TV and used. I just threw a few days ago 3 PS3 controllers into the trash because left analog is fucked. That was such a piece of shit controller. On the other hand, I bought for 20, maybe 30 euros X360 wired controller that is for both X360 and PC. And it works even today, 10 years later.
Landon Wright
Is it worth getting a Saturn? The library looks interesting
Adrian Thompson
Ah, didnt notice it. Bumps it up to a 8, but the PS1 and the presentation stops it from being a 10. Good shit though, this is actually how I want my stuff to look once I get a bigger shelf.
Camden Watson
I bought a used wii, a used ps2 and a used xbox. I've never actually used any of them. The only console I've ever played on was a bootleg nes and all the games it had were trash.
Jaxon Lewis
Yeah well worth the cost of admission. Don't buy any games though of course.
Bentley Clark
For PS3, are you FTP-ing wirelessly or wired? I just use Irisman and an NTFS hard drive and copy games/backups via USB. The PS3 has USB 2.0 so naturally speeds are slightly shit as well.
Brody Campbell
>burnt games Yeah don't do that unless you have a Samsung or Phillips drive.
Ryder Morales
I have an NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube (with a GBA player), Wii U, Switch, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, Xbox 360 and a PS2 currently hooked up. I also have a GBC, GBA SP and a 3DS. All except the NES, the Wii U and the Switch are either modded or use flash carts. I plan on getting an Everdrive N8 when I get some cash, and I just have to find the time to softmod the Wii U.
I have a softmodded Sega Saturn as well, but I just don't have it hooked up.
>look into PS2 softmodding >Need an extra HDD >They cost at least $100 >Not to mention the other stuff
Aaron Flores
How you gonna play dreamcast with the ninja turtles in the way?
Kevin Brown
based xchads
Brandon Anderson
You can do whatever you want, PS2 is very flexible. If you are going the hard drive route I just use a 1tb western digital blue that you can find for around $50 everywhere. Then I use the Banggood adapter to connect it.
Jayden Perez
My nostalgia goggles for the ps2 are 200% and since many games exhibit glitches on pcsx2, the cost was well worth it to me. There are so many games locked and abandoned on the ps2 and will never be remade due to how complex the architecture for the ps2 was. Same with the ps3
Colton Jones
Current handhelds GBA has an AGS-101 screen mod 2DS and 3DSes and Switch have cfw DS has R4 and action replay Not pictured is a WIP RPi handheld
I move them. For that exact reason, I'm really excited for the probably-vaporware wireless Dreamcast controllers that Retrobit are supposedly making. Trying to go all wireless.
Parker Phillips
So? I have all that plus NES, Genny/SegaCD with a Power Base Converter (just so I don't need my SMS), PCE-CD and a CD-i. It's kinda pointless. In the last year all I've really played played is PS4, PS3, Wii and SNES
>the xbox annoying as fuck. Mainly due to how it’s hard drive was never meant to be removed and is keyed to the motherboard. Swapping out for a new one is a pain in the ass. Eh, that's really easy. Just make a new drive and install it, don't do any hotswap bullshit. Follow this guide: epforums.org/showthread.php?85589

Living Room: 3 Xbox One X PS4 Slim Switch
Bedroom: 3 Wii 360 PS3
CRT TV: PS2 Gamecube Dreamcast N64 Xbox Regularly at the moment I probably use 3
Lincoln Ross
>since many games exhibit glitches on pcsx2
You will never, ever convince emuniggers of this and it makes me sad. Even as the soundtrack turns to farts and the skybox disappears they insist its just fine and "playable".
Alexander Sanchez
PS4 Pro daily PS3 ,use maybe twice a month for PS1 games Vita near bed, every other day maybe Wii, PS2 = in room but not connected everything else is emulated, other consoles in storage
Dominic Perez
>no vita Yuck
Xavier Anderson
The PCSX2 compatibility guide is extremely vague on the surface claiming over 90% of games are playable. They define playable as being able to get from start to finish regardless of framerate. Meaning to them if certain parts run at 15fps it’s “fine”.
Next each individual game has a detailed page on the computer used, graphics cards, configurations, modes etc. It’s all very useful but many games (especially Sony’s first party ones) have massive slowdown, lockups, glitching/missing textures and freeze when games pre-render cutscenes due to video interlacing problems. Rogue Galaxy is the worst example of this
Basically people think the PS2 is ancient since it came out so long ago. While that’s true, the problem is the proprietary everything going on under the hood and developers haven’t figured out how to get all the CPU timings correctly
Asher Mitchell
I try to touch all my consoles in some way or another. Having the option gives me some sense of comfort.
As the Dreamcast anniversary is approaching, that means I should probably play some of that.
