any of you think it will come? i don't think so, not this year.
The Heavy Update
valve insider here, the heavy update will drop together with the smash bros ultimate dlc announcement next month
Nintendo here. This leak is true
Not this year but I do think it will happen eventually.
Please. My boy deserves his update, Valve.
Gabe here, stop leaking our shit. It ain't fun anymore.
Also, leak is true.
>Smash DLC was decided on in 2016/2017
>TF2 had major updates in 16/17
>TF2 community rallied support for Heavy during the ballot
please god
>*steam invit sound*
>look who it is
>it's a random guys
>he's in a Yea Forums group
i never posted anything about my steam account beside some TF2 items, this mean an user somehow managed to stalk me.
SHOW YOURSELF CHUCK.
>Smash DLC was decided on in 2016/2017
Why do people keep spreading this blatantly false info?
We're not getting a heavy update, that was the whole point of the heavy vs pyro thing
But it came out over a decade ago?
The fact people think it's real is sad.
And just to add salt to the wound, they never said Heavy Update was going to be the next update. They just said "It would happen eventually".
You know damn well what "eventually" means in Valve speak.
zoomers don't remember this
we just have to wait for the planets to align
Do people from the pre-F2P era still play this game?
Alright, smart asses, how do you fix Heavy to make him better and worthy of maining?
For starters, I'd like them to revert either the GRU or Eviction Notice to their former stats.
I've started playing again since dropping the game in 2012. Been here since launch and it's still fun surprisingly. Really miss my old frequented community servers though, so it'll never be the same.
Utter delusion.
He's not bad but largely defined by his game mode. I don't think he needs core changes and reworks like Spy or Pyro but instead a new arsenal that allows for maore variety of playstyle.
Maybe give him a Rivet Gun that shoots single bolts that deal high damage but less DPS in general. Sorta like a hitscan version of The Dragon's Fury. Give it a slight passive buff on run speed.
Boom, a weapon that encourages more offensive play for the Heavy.
I don't anymore
I still play the 360 version occasionally though
How would you stay a reciprocating saw for Medic?
>Unholsters faster
>Switches faster
>Higher dps
>50% Damage penalty
>Medic movement speed penalty
>Ammo boxes build uber
I was thinking a beam cannon. It charges instead of revving but takes longer. Fires one steady solid mass of energy.
>Rivet Gun
Now I'm thinking of the bad ass explosive sniper rivet gun from Metal Arms
>Give him a primary that either isn't a rapid-fire weapon or that has faster movement speed while holstered
>Give him a double barrel shotgun or a ammo pack lunchbox item
>Don't punish his only mobility options
Those are what I would like at least
