It's the switch version that's incomplete since it doesn't even have a fraction of the texture assets as the PC version. It literally looks like a PS2 game

DQ games always get exclusive new content when they re-release dating back to DQ1+2 on GBC 20 years ago, then DQ4 on PS1, 5 on ps2, 5 and 6 on DS, 7 and 8 on 3DS
