There are three pools of hand-holding from which you can unlock scenes:

2. Optional stuff in a porn game means it has less content overall for people who don't like that fetish. NTR is a very niche fetish, so to devote a chunk of the game to it means there's a sizable percent of the game that people will refuse to ever look at, making all of that work wasted effort.

May as well not announce anything until there's actual porn scenes available. They can hype themselves up as a new Mass Effect if they want, but they've advertised themselves as a porn game and that's all people are going to show up for.
