Morrowind is the best RPG ever made because of the amount of freedom to role play as any fantasy character you want whereas games like the Witcher series your basically play an action series with RPG elements with a character whom you can only choose dialogue with.

This was my big issue with Witcher 3 where as I went in expecting a RPG but really what I got was an action game with some slight RPG elements with next to no freedom of choice. After that came all the other issues with the game.
