He's the bad guy

Forced to use his long misshapen penis to beat children.

>theme named "Chaos King"

toby learned nothing and he was too easy to beat

Duh

duh

>he was too easy to beat
So you’re saying the boss of the FIRST chapter of a game, not even the secret boss, was too easy?
Damn. Toby, hire this man!

he has never fully explored an actual difficulty in his games and this game was no exception, undertale hard mode should have actually happened

He met a greater asshole than himself

Why do Undyne 2, Sans and Jevil not count as "actually difficulty"?
Hell even the King was more mechanically complex than Asgore and had more attacks that weren't just "something you've seen before but bigger or faster"

That's what Jevil was for

So, what do you think happened in the ending?

Having the best battle theme in Deltarune.

it was all a dream

I unironically think the default theme is the best

I have a feeling he didn't turn bad until the game literally started

They're all playing roles. They're puppets for our amusement. That's why it's called ACTing.

Toby gives us a two hour lecture on why not letting go is bad.

I keep forgetting how good this guys music is
