Opinions on league of legends?

Game is inherently flawed and unbalanced due to its business model. Mechanically Dota 2 is the superior game, however the fact that LoL is much easier to get into also means that the baseline skill level of an average or new player is much higher, which makes casual play more enjoyable.
To sum up, LoL for casuals and Dota 2 for autists, though SMITE is the patrician choice overall.

I like some charatcers, and I play for those characters alone, but Riot has a nasty habit of wanting more people to play them, so they'll at best dumb down the mechanics to make the simple shit overtly rewarding and artificially kicking up the banning rate, or at worst completely erase the character from the game for one which, while similar, is just an impostor wearing it's name. All the while cancerous mages dominate the game with little to no changes until 2-3 months down the line because the devs and e-girl players want their free wins before they cash out.

Played season 1 to 4 when it had enjoyable slower paced gameplay, now:
>Everyone does a billion damage
>Everyone has 15 gap closers
>Everyone has 10 shields
>Everyone has a stealth mechanic
>Everyone has an overpowered, overloaded part of their kit (IE akali's Q healing her [yeah it got removed but just saying as an example] etc)
>Everyone gets a stopwatch through runes
>Jungle is overpowered as fuck, can hyper gank and camp lanes without falling behind in EXP
>"Oh, but user, every season had something overpowered". Yes, every season had problems, IE season 2 ezreal and season 3 kassadin was cancer, but the game as a WHOLE was so much better back then

I play the game but I actually agree with most of this, though I don't like all the characters nor all the music. I think my experience with league would be more refreshing if the code wasn't a mess and made it possible to make custom game modes like it was with WC3 and is with Dota. Even if it's just for taking a break from soloq. This is also one of the reasons why I still log into Dota 2 even though I don't even play the main game anymore and also why I'm hyped for the WC3 re-release
