I liked how threatening the enemies are
Super high damage, no invincible rolls to brainlessly dodge through everything, I got absolutely fucked by R&D more than any Souls
DS has better bosses but the Surge has a great sense of tension overall

Bullshit, The Surge was great.

I was super excited about the sequel until I found out it didn't have any multiplayer. I play a lot of co-op games with my group of friends, so it is very disappointing to me.
