Real bad in PvE, you're either doing nothing or you got yourself a Sulfuras and have to wait an entire minute between windfury procs because you have no other way to control your aggro. In PvP though? Worth the grind.

No, it's never worth it. Time is better spent grinding mobs. Quests are accessories to gaining xp. The #1 way to level is killing mobs 0-2 levels higher than you.

Your server only has a population because people aren't waiting for their queues in other servers.

Once the queues calm down, that server you're on will be a ghost town.
