All clones are dead, anyone making use of dude drugs lmao are dead, the only isotope prototype soldier is under Diana's care.. 47 has a monopoly on the whole supersoldier thing and all he does is be autistic and execute contracts in a weird way.

you could place items in crates then NPCs will carry them through frisk points for you.

I'd recommend it, but it's not necessary to play it before H2. The story is trash and playing the two games in order shouldn't be a priority. You should definitely get it either way, though. The Legacy pack has just about as much content as H2 Gold for a fraction of the price.
