I keep putting off playing IA, but I recently learned it has a pregnant harem ending, so I might be picking it up soon, even though I'm not a fan of shota. No idea about the 4 Elements game, since I've never even watched Avatar.
The non-gobbo ones can be alright at times. Snow Daze in particular really feels like a normal Japanese nukige, but from western devs. Quality-wise, it's something between an average Appetite game and an average Miel game, which isn't amazing or anything, but still fully enjoyable if you're into the content on offer.

It depends on if they're moralfags or not. I've talked to a few people about wegs and how much they're making but most of them thought it was disgusting and sexist, others thought it was fake. Normalfags were a mistake.

Its gotten to the point where you wake up in the real world again and get arrested, the "landlady" bails you out and the "room mate" is upset because you disappeared for a couple of days.
