Hard call between him and Kuuga (didn't want to do anybody else since I figured those two were the perfect balance of just enough form gimmickry without being a bloated mess) but I feel like Kuuga would have to have some charged attacks gimmick for Rising forms on top of the normal form changes and it'd just get too messy at that point.
