I don't know about skywind and the devs for that but skyblivion has bethesda's blessing from what they've said, and the team for that all seem to agree money would likely just hurt the project and their motivations, even just dividing the money up would be a pain and might cause problems, maybe the skywind devs feel the same.

I'm really not defending bethesda in any way, but even just the fact that they are allowing skyblivion and skywind is a lot. seems like every single other project like this gets shut down by other companies.
