I got some cheap black matte cf vinyl that I want to put on my RAP4kai. Too lazy to carve the default decal off of it at the moment, though.

Currently using an HRAP VX-SA Kai. Want to replace the stick with a Seimetsu and maybe swap in some silent buttons.

It's not bad, the picture angle is just covering it up more. Moving the picture any higher would cut off too much of the top of her head.

Gridman was alright.
Ninja Slayer was fun.

Changes tone from coming of age, to military drama, to super robot way too often, characterization is extremely shallow (you have the main couple, the other couple who got preggers, and then everyone else is there).
Then basically dial everything up with no warning halfway through because the main plot was just not going anywhere and they forgot about the main plot in the middle of all their uneven character drama and never tie up loose ends.

I just use my qanba obsidian.

Avoid cheapo and mini-sticks, they are never good and often much too hard to mod due to things like soldered buttons

It's a bigger pain than you'd think, honestly. So much fucking glue remover. It was only barely worth it because of how gross the thing was getting.

I do agree with buying a used stick from last generation, but not the SE especially the PS3 version. Motherfucker has lots of issues on PC and it comes stock with shit parts.

Out of the box as in you don't want to swap any parts? The cheapest you'll probably want is the Hori RAP N but even then most people like to swap the stick for a Sanwa JLF. If you don't know what that means or don't care then go with that. If you demand Sanwa parts or the stick is unusable to you then it's gonna be the Qanba Obsidian. If you're on a budget get the HRAP4Kai everything cheaper than that is typically not worth buying and the Kai is already pushing it

You distribute complex motions between both hands which should allow you to dish out complex inputs faster and maybe even easier.

Lets you abuse the fact that games support analogue + dpad movement at the same time, so you can get some frame-perfect directional shenanigans going on.

It makes you look cool.

KBD is retardedly easy on on hitbox from what I've heard, but you don't need the stick part for that.

Swapped all the Hori parts for a JLF and buttons with springs. Feels really solid and later on I'll probably get a custom skin done for it to make everything more colorful.

then the buttons would interfere with the face, it looks better with the joystick going though Dizzy's neck instead of being some clear button face monstrosity.

I should've clarified that the person I bought the stick off of had Hayabusa parts in it.

Should I buy a hitbox? I've only ever played on pad. I tried stick and didn't really like it. I feel like if I'd commit to the hitbox I'd benefit, I spaz out on pad and mess up inputs a lot because it's so cramped.
